Wonderful house my in Simrishamn

In this beautiful house you live spaciously and with your own garden in the middle of Simrishamn. It is close to the sea, beach and lovely walks. You have the city's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, barbecuing and enjoying in a wonderful setting. The kitchen is amazing for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and generous dining area in the sun. The house has lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's a place to enjoy.

Mediterranean feel in Österlen! Idyllic farmhouse in top shape. Bright, beautiful, tasteful. Whitewashed walls, beautiful tile floors, large light entry, and open in the nock. Secluded location, glass doors lead out to private sunny patio. Open-plan with a large sleeping loft (ladder) and sofa bed in the living room. Picturesque village setting in the heart of Österlen. Perfect location close to beaches, fishing villages, hiking trails and charming Simrishamn and Ystad. Grocery store in the village. Wireless Wifi . Private parking.

Beachfront unique house with nice outdoor environment

In this national romantic house from 1905 you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, barbecue and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's stunning sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and gently renovated house with carpentry fun and high coziness. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and the idyllic center of Falsterbo. On the large forest area, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for borrowing.

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the smaller one on the left. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a sleeping loft (double bed, but adults cannot stand up). Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Quiet and quiet where you can be in peace, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No visibility inside the cabin. The cottage has oil salt and pepper. Tea and toilet paper 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft that kids love. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Skåne's 3 best spa nearby. 15 min m car to Sjöbo.

Zwei liebevoll eingerichtete Häuser auf einem 2500 qm großem Naturgrundstück mit typischen Birken und Kiefern in bester und ruhiger Lage in einer sehr schönen Villengegend mit teils alten Sommerhäusern. Das große sichtgeschützte Grundstück befindet sich an einem Privatweg der zum Strand führt und dort endet und nur von den Anliegern genutzt wird und daher kaum befahren wird. Zum feinen weißen 2 km langen Sandstrand sind es nur 700 m bis zur Ortsmitte ca. 1,5 km.
