If you are interested in golf, there are many courses to play nearby, 5 km to Abbekås Golf Club, 14 km to Beddinge Golf Club. Explore Ystad, which you can get to along the beautiful coastal road. If you want to entertain the children, there is Tosselilla summerland with fun swimming 33 km away. Smygehuk, Sweden's southernmost headland, is worth a visit. To Skivarps Gästgivaregård and Ica Tores Allköp, it is only 850 meters.

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

You'll have easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Cozy living room with sofa and behind a half wall hides a 120 bed. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. Hair dryer and fridge. Heated floors throughout. Coffee and tea are available and can be easily fixed with the kettle. Towels and bed sheets are included. There is the possibility of making the sofa into a bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the bathroom cabinet.
