Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Mostar

Villa Tara is very special. A cozy villa in a rural area where the mountains frame the villa and where the river Neretva flows just below the house. In the garden, there are several different fruit trees, including figs. There is also a brick grill where I grilled the Bosnian national dish Kevacic. The Mostar area boasts Mediterranean heat and in the garden there is a well-kept pool where I cooled off. It's in Villa Tara, about 8 kilometers outside of busy Mostar, I completely rushed off and just enjoyed the amazing view. Bakery bread (at extremely low prices) and food (also very cheap) I bought in the shops which are about 500 meters from the villa. When I arrived, I also got a nice welcome gift: eggs from the neighbor's affluent outdoor hens. I can highly recommend villa Tara. If you want to go into Mostar, you either have your own car, call for a taxi or take the bus. I will come here many more times.

Beautiful and well-functioning villa in nice surroundings. The pool area had a very practical outdoor shower and toilet, and an outdoor bar and fridge. Each of the 4 bed rooms were of sufficient size. We were 8 friends living here for a weekend, enjoying the pool and the clean house facilities. Would definately recommend this place!

Awesome place to stay. 5 minutes from old town of Mostar and 15 minutes to great climbing area Blagaj! Communication with Nasiha was great at every moment and she was really helpful.

The place is very nice en so peacefull. The river is clear and very cool and the pool is awesome. The place has a good airconditioning and is very clean. The host is very nice.

A very nice place in the center of Mostar. Equipped with everything you need during your trip. A perfect studio for both one and several people. Close to everything, quiet and peaceful place. Communication with the host was very efficient from the beginning and there were no problems with check-in at all. I highly recommend this apartment.

There is a canoe, a football field and a swing. The lake in front of the house is very clean, you can swim and canoe. Barbecue is available. The kitchen is sufficient. Heating and cooling systems are working well. I recommend it for a peaceful holiday.

Great location with a lovely garden, just by the river. You can take a very refreshing bath in the garden on a hot day. The house is centrally located in Blagaj, a very relaxed town with a beautiful surrounding. Probably a better starting point to visit Mostar. Very friendly hosts!.! And flexible.

The accommodation is nice, quiet and safe. The pool is great and the accommodation is well thought out. The view is great too. The most important windows have mosquito nets. We were there for almost 2 weeks and spent several days just in the accommodation. All sights were very easy to reach from the accommodation. Our highlight was "Pocitelj Fortress". Amela is very nice and helpful. We forgot the luminous collar for our dog, which she sends us separately. We can recommend the stay to everyone.

Eli was an amazing host, despite our extremely late and delayed arrival he was there to greet us and show us around the property, after a storm he let us know in advance and came to clean the pool. It’s a lovely homey property in nature with an amazing view

We stayed three nights at Villa Lusso and will definitely be back. The hosts were very friendly and made check-in very easy and straightforward. The villa is very easy to find via Google Maps and approx. 15-20 minutes by car from Mostar Old Town. It's all as described by the hostess Yelizaveta. The villa is well equipped and each room is air-conditioned, which is very advantageous at 38 degrees in summer :). Supermarkets and bakeries are in approx. 5 minutes by car. Dishes, cleaning supplies, iron and everything else necessary is included - even a dishwasher. The Internet was very good and all popular streaming apps (Youtube, Netflix etc.) were pre-installed on the 65-inch TV. All in all, we were very satisfied and can only recommend the villa. Elvedina’s place is stunning. She was responsive throughout my entire stay, helpful, friendly, and had great recommendations for the area. Check in was smooth and flexible which was appreciated after a long drive. The kitchen was very well stocked - if you like to cook you will have zero issues. The beds … you will have the best sleeps of your life they are so comfortable. The unit is in a quiet area, neighbours were quiet and the only noise was from the road and the occasional gym bar bell. We didn’t visit the gym nor the pool but it looks fantastic, clean, and convenient! The area is very hot in summer, she has the entire unit covered for AC - you will be incredibly comfortable. The balcony provided beautiful views of Mostar, and the famous bridge is within walking distance. If you have mobility issues - you will not be able to walk to the old town, but it’s a 5 minute drive (zero inconvenience). We felt safe and welcome throughout the stay and we will definitely return! Stay here!

Darko was an amazing host, very helpful and kind. He was very quick in answering any of our questions and requests. He also left complimentary drinks and ice cream for the kids which was very thoughtful and appreciated. The place is gorgeous and cozy. It was very well equipped. The sofas and the beds were super cozy. The backyard is just a dream for relaxation. You also have an amazing river across the street. We had an amazing time and we will def return.

Boris and Estera were lovely hosts. They were very accommodating despite our very late check in. The response time was very quick and they answered all our questions and were extremely helpful. The house itself is nothing short of stunning. The views of the river from the house is breathtaking. The greenery and trees were a delight to the senses. Boris showed us the cherry tree on the property and we had some delicious cherries to try during our stay. There’s even a cute little cottage on the property that we could use. There’s a bbq that is fully equipped with everything we could need. In short this is one of the most beautiful houses I’ve ever stayed in and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a peaceful yet beautiful and vibrant place.

The house we visited was beyond expectations. A truly great experience. The house looks much better than in the photos. The pool and the garden fascinated me. There are so many interesting details. The surroundings are beautiful, the river and nature. In the morning you are woken up by the chirping of birds, and during the day you can watch fish and ducks in the river that flows by the house. Mili is the perfect host. He is always available, kind, professional, patient and ready to help. He welcomed us nicely, explained everything to us and ensured our privacy. We will come back again, that's for sure!!! This is our best reservation so far and I recommend it to everyone!!!!

Tibor's home is spacious, clean and perfectly located. Just a short stroll to the Old Bridge, but hidden away from tourist traps. As a host, Tibor couldn't be more accommodating. He offered to pick us up, arranged a private driver to take us to our next destination, and even stocked the fridge with supplies for our arrival. Would definitely stay with Tibor again, and can't rate him high enough.

The villa is even better in real life than in photos, everything was impeccable. I highly recommend it to all travelers😀

Great location, very clean, working aircon was a lifesaver as it was 34 degrees.

Functional apartment with large windows everywhere and very beautiful unobstructed views to the west and south. Spacious bedroom, large living room. The balcony (south-facing) is large enough to accommodate three people. The sofa and armchair are very comfortable. Internet works great. The apartment is located 10 minutes' walk from the Neretva River, also very close to the large shopping center Mepas de Mostar (with supermarket). Mirela and her two daughters were very welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. If you stay a few days or more in Mostar and are interested in the recent history of this city (and Bosnia), do not hesitate to consult onms.nenasilje. This should help you understand the social physiognomy of Mostar and Bosnia today. I therefore 100% recommend this apartment to any future guest.

Daca's listing is amazing! I felt at home right away and most importantly, everything smelled super clean! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The listing is in a very local neighborhood, which gives you the chance to experience the real Mostar as you are surrounded by multiple dining options and at the same time in 10 minutes you are in the old part of the city. Daca herself is super kind, flexible and responded all of my questions right away! I'd stay here again!

We stayed only one night in Ivan’s place but it was great for the 3 of us. The apartment was clean and comfy, we were provided detailed instructions how to get in there and where to park. The apartment is close to the center so there's nice Bars and restaurants in walking distance. Also the flat was very well equipped, we had everything we needed, even had the chance to play chess and wash our clothes. Can definitely recommend staying at Ivan’s place!

We had a very nice stay here. The vine over the terrace provides pleasant shade, so you can sit outside comfortably, even in hot temperatures. The pool is great with a view of Mostar and the mountain landscape. The house has everything you need, it was clean and located in a quiet, green area, not too far from the city. Plus Blago is a very nice host! I recommend this place.

A very nice villa close to the city (10 to 12) minutes driving. You will enjoy the calmness and the nature of Mostar. The villa has its fruits trees specially the cherry.. we loved it. Spending the time in the pool surrounded by the mountains view is something very nice that we loved. I highly recommend Danijela villa for small families or even couples . Danijela is very very helpful and in touch at anytime.. she was very generous with us. Thank you Danijela 🌹🙏🌹
