Forest for walks right next to the house. 100 sqm, three bedrooms, two of which (2+3 beds) in the main house and the third (with four beds) in the guest house. Living room with 65"TV and open fireplace and dining table. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine are in the main house. Pool (3x2x1.1m) on the 80sqm wooden deck. Sofa group and dining table under the awning. Charcoal grill. Large garden for soccer, etc. Large trampoline at the property line.

Villa in central Motala-perfect for Vätternrundan

Large central family villa that is rented out to Vintternrund cyclists. In the residential house we offer 6 beds ( one double bed in one bedroom and then 3 single beds (90-120 cm) in the other three bedrooms. In the residential house there are two toilets, 2 showers and sauna. Pool in the garden. Next to the residential house there is a 70 sqm annex where there are 5 guest beds (see pictures). The annex has worn stone walls, no toilet and here is also stored riding equipment in the hall. Okay to bring in bikes here if you want.

Here a family can thrive or the large company of up to 10 people. Large and open garden with a wood furnace sauna. In the summer months there is a heated above ground pool 4.80 in diameter and 1.20 in depth. Västanvik is a nature experience with swimming spots and nature trails. Stay perfect for day trips to Vadstena, Motala or Askersund.

Welcome to a cozy cottage located only 100 meters from Lake Vättern – perfect if you want to enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful nature and proximity to water. Here you live on a shared plot with the larger residential house, but have full access to the entire large garden – perfect for relaxing, barbecue evenings or playing for the kids. IMPORTANT: Bedroom 2 is in another cabin without a toilet. Cabin 2 is included when there are more than 2 people.
