Nature is beautiful with the unique oak landscape. We see fallow deer daily and if you are lucky, the sea eagle may fly by. Our large lake system with swimming areas and canoe rentals. There are several nice golf courses to choose from. If you want, there is the possibility to book a sauna by the pool. Here you can greet horses, sheep, chickens and ducks.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. Denna gamla mysiga stuga är snart nyrenoverad, lite kvar utomhus. Nu finns ett nytt fint kök, badrum samt ytterligare ett sovrum med två enkelsängar. Det finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med kamin. Vi har en bubbelpool året runt för 6 pers samt en uppvärmd pool sommartid, ca v24-32. En gäststuga med två sängar. Elbilsuttag. Några hundra meter bort en badbrygga med stege och sandstrand. Här kan ni finna lugnet i naturskön omgivning med havet inpå knuten och skapa nya fina minnen.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.
