Suterränghouse where the upper level has integrated kitchen and living room for social interaction with panoramic lake view as well as WC. Lower floor has three bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and living room/tv room. On the property, there are also two smaller cabins with a guest room in each, bathroom (not winter time) and hot tub.

Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

3rok with difficult location

On the historic mill, right between the Göta Canal and Motala stream, you find this newly renovated and fully equipped gem. The guest apartment is spacious and bright with two bedrooms and large living room with sofa bed. The bedrooms each have a workspace. A couple of minutes walk from the port, train station and city center in one way and the cultural area of Old Motala workshop with the event venue Lokverkstan in the other direction. Linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/set.

Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. We, the hosts, live 5min walk from the house. We will be happy to show the house and answer any questions you might have.

Only 150 m to the lovely grocery beach with access to swimming in clear water, shallow sand bottom great for families. There are 2 restaurants close by by the water.

Motala with Varamonbaden only about 20 min by car is the largest lake bath in the Nordic countries and offers a wonderful beach. Also suitable for golf weekends with proximity to, for example, Motala GK, Vadstena GK and Askersunds GK.

The house is located between the Göta Canal and Motala stream which provides a unique and idyllic nature experience perfect for enjoying your holiday. The house consists of two apartments where downstairs is available for rent.
