This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, as well as two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers one bedroom with bunk bed and room for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with top quality furniture and amenities. June - August takes place weekly rentals.

The history and soul of the cottage is preserved, but at the same time it is equipped to suit all the wishes of the modern guest. The cottage and terrace have a sunny location with wonderful views of Varamoviken and Vättern. You have 50 meters to the water in the Nordic region's largest lake bath with a 2 km long sandy beach. The distance to central Motala is 3 km. Distance to municipal playground thirty meters At the cottage, you have access to the garden's grass areas. Miscellaneous games and play materials are available to freely use.

With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Close to Motala city with its harbour and locks. 20 min to the medieval town of Vadstena for beautiful history and shopping. Visit Medevi brunn and nature reserves like Omberg and Tåkern.

Also suitable for golf weekends with proximity to, for example, Motala GK, Vadstena GK and Askersunds GK.
