Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni e ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare in spazi ampi, poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

In the centre is a unique and extensive cultivation of lotus flowers that was planted in the early 20th century. The flat is 2 kilometres from the city centre, which can be reached in 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot via a convenient cycle path. The flat has an underground garage.
