Monthly Rentals in Motueka

Good location with views to the bay, only 5 mins to thd beach, Gallery next door, aparment was impeccably clean and charming interior with all ammeanaties at hand, modern clean bathroom, very comfortable bed, I highly recommend Tania's place.

This is a fabulous, quiet location (but close to shops etc) for anyone wanting to visit Motueka or the lovely surrounding area. The property has heaps of added extras - we really appreciated having a fully functioning, well-appointed kitchen - plenty of lovely crockery, glasses, decent sized mugs!, pots, pans, mixing and serving bowls, utensils etc. Comfortable beds, lovely dining space plus relaxing lounge. The heat pump plus fire place were a real bonus as it was freezing cold outside during our visit. We are keen to stay again.

We missed our first night checkin as the weather and walk estimates for our tramp kept us in the bush an extra night. Maureen was very helpful, thoughtful and understanding when we got back into reception range a day later. They even very kindly offered us an extra night at no extra charge (as no one had booked then and we hadn't used our first night). They were also very kind and quick to respond to our queries and even let us park in the garage and charge our electric car. It was a wonderful place to stay, clean, easy to warm, modern amenities and utensils. Beautiful location and views. Would love to stay there again some day.

We loved staying here, it wasn’t far from the town centre, only 30mins drive from the airport and loads to do around Abel Tasman. We wish we had booked it for longer! The view was stunning as well, we loved watching the sunrise from our bedroom window.
