The “Villa des Lardards” has many attractions to seduce you. Located on the banks of Lac du Bourget, you will undeniably be dazzled by its sumptuous setting. You will appreciate this vacation spot just a stone's throw from the small marina, the beach and the restaurant. Conjux, a small village nestled on the west shore of the lake, is the ideal place for those seeking calm and serenity.

Elegant and refined apartment, ideally located between the forest, the lake and the old town of Annecy. Two terraces offer beautiful unobstructed views of the lake. Peaceful environment, with direct access to forest trails. Accommodates 2 to 6 people with a double bed, a foldaway bed and a sofa bed. Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and private parking. Located 24 min from the Semnoz ski resort, 15 min walk from the lake and the historic center or 4 min by car. Bus stop nearby.

Our little haven of peace is nestled on the mountainside in the heart of nature, in a small hamlet of Chautagne in Savoy. Its large private terrace is perfect for enjoying al fresco dining. Its interior comfort with a warm decor, a bright living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sleeping area and a pleasant shower room. It's a perfect place for a couples getaway, and ideal for lovers of hiking, cycling and serenity.

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.

It is located on the second and top floor of a recent house that we took pleasure in designing, building, and furnishing with the aim of creating memorable moments in Aix-les-Bains.
