The house is 500 m from the Chemin de Compostelle and Via Rhona. The house is 200 m from a leisure center (swimming, water sports) and at the foot of Grand Colombier (1534 m). A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving a toilet, bathroom and a sleeping area with a 160 bed. Another staircase takes you to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (high-end) and TV. A final staircase guides you to a cute attic bedroom composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (the beds can be brought together to make a queen size)

The sofa bed has been replaced by a brand new and very comfortable!

Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

Departure hiking trails, bike paths via Rhôna, waterfalls, river... no smoking LEAVE the accommodation clean and take your trash.

Come and discover our region of Bugey, with its many walks, lakes, marshes of Lavours... located in the countryside in the center of the village near small shops ( grocery / bakery). Quiet and peaceful place ideal for relaxing.We are at the foot of the great Colombier which is now known thanks to the Tour de France. For our cycling friends we provide a closed bike room. We have 2 cats , they may visit you, but they are good pasta
