Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Mouans-Sartoux

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

The apartment is perfect with 2 bedrooms, and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen works well with a large fridge and everything you need. Only tricky part is accessing the unit after the street is closed to traffic. Either a few blocks walk with luggage, or make sure you register your vehicle with the Host over 48 hours in advance (wasn't entirely clear), since check-in is after the street is closed. But once that's all squared, it's a great location to explore the town.

Patrick and Elodie were the perfect hosts. Everything in listing was as described and more. The property was immaculate and the garden + pool were really an oasis. They even were so helpful with our little baby and brought out a little pool for him to swim in as well. Thank you so much for everything during our stay ! It was the perfect first family vacation that we could have dreamed of.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Rina & François. Ils sont très conviviaux et nous ont fait un très bel acceuil. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à l'annonce. Le logement possède une belle terrasse et un beau jardin très fleuri. La climatisation a été très appréciée en cette période chaude de Juin. Tous les commerces importants sont à proximité et la ville de Cannes et sa plage à une courte distance de voiture. Dans l'ensemble, nous recommandons vivement ce logement et, assurément, nous y retournons pour notre futur séjour vers Cannes.

excellent accueil pour cet appartement neuf et très propre. A 2 pas du bord de mer et de ses restaurants. le train n’est pas loin mais on ne l’entend pas et rien ne circule la nuit. je recommande.

The apartment is in its own very secure and peaceful grounds, located far enough from the nearby main road and railway line that their presence isn’t that noticeable from the apartment balcony. The view of the sea from the front balcony is stunning and the same can be said for the rear view that looks out over the beautiful tree covered hillside and the sound of different bird life is always present both front and back. The open plan layout of the main living room and kitchen area, plus access to the very large front balcony area is very effective and practical. I have to say you really need a car though as the apartment location is not within practical walking distance to a bakery or restaurants. With a car both are easily accessible locally with ample parking along the waterfront of Golfe Juan for the plethora of restaurants. An ideal location for a very peaceful but practical holiday.

The location was perfect for our needs; near the railway station. The apartment was quiet even though it is on a busy, lively street. We appreciated handy access to the building’s elevator and use of an efficient washing machine in the apartment. There were easy to follow instructions for all the appliances and Chris was very responsive with queries. Don’t hesitate to make your booking before this place is snapped up! La maison d’Olivier est très jolie et très bien situé. La communication avec lui a été fluide et agréable. Le seul petit inconvénient, c’est que le logement se trouve au bord d’une route assez passante, donc il peut y avoir un peu de bruit dans la journée. Mais dans l’ensemble, c’est une très bonne adresse que je recommande !

What an amazing stay with Pascale & Franck! The place is super child friendly with lots of toys and games and the flat is really private with lots of space. The kitchen has everything you could need and Pascale even left us a few little treats in the fridge on arrival. There is a little bakery 5mins walk from the door and there is a big Carrefore about 5mins drive away so really convenient. Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Mougins etc are all really accessible too.

A perfect place to stay in the best area in South of France. Don't hesitate to book. You won't be disappointed

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, sehr gute Ausstattung. Gastgeber immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöner Pool, alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Dame, die uns begrüßt hat, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Rundum schöner Urlaub!

Séjour parfait. Le logement est fidèle aux photos et à la description. La literie est au top. L’emplacement de la maison est à proximité des grandes villes. La cuisine est très bien équipée. L’hôte est sympathique et réactif. Notre séjour a été impeccable à recommander.

Lovely home! We went with our 1 yo and 3 yo. Everyone slept well and was very comfortable. High chair and travel crib available for baby. The kids loved the salt water pool and we loved the safety cover. The gardens were lovely - we picked tomatoes from the garden almost every day for salads! They also had pet baby turtles in a small pen outside which they asked us to feed every day. We didn’t mind because it was a very exciting activity for the kids! The internet is fast, the kitchen is well equipped, the ac works well. We drove to different towns or beaches every morning, came home midday to nap, then spent late afternoons in the pool. Perfect schedule! The only thing I’d say is that you should be prepared to drive everywhere because it’s in a very quiet residential area with no sidewalks or walkability. It very much feels like you are staying in someone’s home, and you do have to water plants weekly, which feels just like home to me! We would come back if we were in the area again.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine du 14 au 21 juin, anne,moi et notre chienne prisca. la maison est très confortable et fonctionnelle et très au calme. la piscine est particulièrement grande (12m) pour un logement loué. Bonne situation pour les visites qui sont très intéressantes avec de super villages superbes! Bernard et Sophie se sont montrés disponibles tout le séjour. Nous recommandons. Anne et Pierre

Tolle Unterkunft mitten in Nizza an perfekter Lage. Man ist in 2 Minuten am Meer und an der Promenade des Anglais. 10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt, viele Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben das Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse jeden Morgen genossen! Mylene ist eine sehr freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Beautiful, large outdoor patio set up well for day or night. An overall very clean and up to date space. Great communication end to end, everyone was responsive and available. Lovely apartment with great hosts!

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

Ich war mit meiner Freundin 2 Wochen hier und es war super! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Bei Ankunft wurden wir persönlich empfangen und uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt, sowie ein Tipp zum Einkaufen bei Intermarché, der gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite ist, mitgegeben. Nachts ist es auf der Hauptstraße etwas laut aber damit ist im Frühjahr an der Côte d' Azur zu rechnen. Eine Bahnstation ist nicht weit entfernt und innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten kann man sowohl nach Cannes als auch nach Monaco fahren. Villeneuve-Loubet ist super gelegen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Eine phantastische Ferienwohnung. Ideal um die Côte d'Azur und die Provence von einem ruhigen, festen Standort aus zu erkunden. Vence ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schön auch der Pétanqueplatz und der Schwimmingpool.

Logement conforme au descriptif. Une vue magnifique qui permet de profiter pleinement de la terrasse. Équipements à disposition : parasol, sièges de plage. Nespresso très appréciée pour un bon café au réveil pour le petit déjeuner en terrasse ! Tout était parfait. Merci pour l'accueil, la disponibilité et les conseils. Nous reviendrons !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal.
