Monthly Rentals in Mount Airy

I loved my recent stay at the artist’s studio. I was in the area for an extended stay for work, and felt right at home in this cozy and creative space. The neighborhood is lovely, safe & peaceful, with a really great coffee shop and grocery market nearby. Thank you Laurie and Jim for your awesome hospitality!

We were in town for a music festival and this was the perfect distance from the show! A quick ride into the city as well for some sightseeing! Super quiet neighborhood and great accommodations made for a wonderful trip!

Overall it was a good stay. She was very communicative. She gave clear instruction's on what to do during checkin. The place was super clean. I loved that they personalized it when we came in welcoming us. I would definitely recommend and would also book again. The only con is that I wish we could have gotten a better deal price wise because I would have booked longer.

I recently just spent one month at Edward’s place and loved every minute of it. As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a little nontraditional, as you enter through a small sunroom and then go directly into the bedroom, then the living room/kitchen with the bathroom at the back. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots/pans, glassware, and dishes. The real gem of this listing is it’s location- it was next to a large park with many adorable dogs, the main strip of Chestnut Hill 2 min walk, a market, a playground, and easy parking around the vicinity. It offered a great home base to explore Philadelphia with good access to bus lines and the train if you did not have a car. Additionally, since I was at this spot for an entire month I needed additional supplies (ie mop) which Edward promptly ordered to the house. I look forward to returning to this spot next time work brings me to Philly!
