Holiday houses in Mount Albert

Thankyou Serena for hosting our Easter Weekend away, House was beautifully kept, comfortable & cozy - our family enjoyed our stay so much. Would definitely stay here again. ( Perfect for families with children/ baby’s ) View was also stunning even in all the rain. Just a few things to note - the photos on the listing need to be updated as the furniture / layout etc were different - Property looks to be lived in by the family so family’s personal items etc were still in house meaning some storage areas like wardrobes, bathroom storage, fridge shelves , kitchen cupboards etc couldn’t be utilised. - No towels provided ( Guest must provide their own ) - No Iron / Steamer available We Did enjoy the fact at checkout all we needed to do was take out trash (unlike other airbnbs / hotels where they expect you to clean the property before you leave ) so that made the check out process a lot easier. All in all - great stay. No major issues & would recommend to others 👍🏽

Lynda's and Gary's house is a great place to stay in Auckland. The surroundings are beautiful and nature is everywhere. A peaceful environment not too far away from the city center that can easily be reached by bus. Other facilities are close to their place too. The house is clean, well-organised and cosy. Lynda and Gary a both very kind and helpful persons. I was lucky to meet them and their place will always feel like home to me. Thank you so much for everything :)

As always, my stay with Melanie and Douglas was like a home away from home....wonderfully comfortable bed in a cosy room with well-stocked bookshelves and plenty of storage and a there is a large, well-appointed bathroom for dedicated use. The location in a quiet, tree-lined street just a few minutes walk from busses, supermarket and specialist food shops, Post office etc is perfect. Melanie and Douglas are generous hosts with a warm welcome and excellent communication. Special!

The cabin is in the back yard of a private property in a quiet residential area. As the description says, it is cosy but has all you need for a long weekend in Auckland for two people (I stayed with my teenage daughter). The cabin itself as well as the fittings and furniture are not new but in good condition. The kitchenette is suitable for preparing simple meals, there is an oven with two hot plates, an air fryer (I've never used one so didn't want to experiment with that one either), toaster, kettle and a fridge. No WiFi though (not mentioned in the ad so that was ok). The front gate was locked when we arrived (the code was missing from the info we received) but that was resolved by a quick phone call. Mel was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We could park inside the locked gate but there's also plenty of off street parking and the neighbourhood feels very safe.

We are so pleased to have booked Kay and Philip's AirB&B home. It is definitely our home away from home as we are moving from Beijing China to Auckland. We were warmly greeted by Kay and Philip on the first day and prior to their departure to the U.K. All the instructions and information were kind and clear. The two-bedroom house was so spacious for us-a three-person family, including a living room connects to a cute garden, two spacious double bedroom and a full bathroom. There's a kitchenett in the hall way with breakfast supplies stored in the fridge. In addition, we're indeed impressed about Kay's immaculate AirB&B with all the essentials and small items prepared for travelers - far more than we can ever imagined, which has provided vast convenience for us. This clearly represents Kay and Philip's caring to guests and they are really helpful and experienced. I'd like to express my gratefulness here and would definitely like to recommend it to other travelers to Auckland.

Fantastic stay ! The place was spotless, stylish, and better than the photos. Great location, peaceful at night, and had everything I needed. The host was warm, helpful, and responsive. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, I highly recommend!
