Godden Cottage in Mission Bay

Perfectly situated in Mission Bay is this private self-enclosed cottage. This quaint little cottage sits adjacent to the main house and offers two parking space with its own dedicated entrance. The space offers a full kitchen with a two pot stove, dish washer, fridge, washing machine and 42 inch TV with Freeview. The lounge catches a considerable amount of sun and has sliding doors that open on both sides and pour out to a private, wraparound deck that overlooks our garden. There was s a Heatpump offering heating and cooling all year around.

This adorable 2 bedroom unit is in the ultimate location situated one street back from the gorgeous Kohimarama Beach. Set back off the road with one car park, it is warm, sunny and light and has a very relaxing and peaceful feel. Ideal for a small family, couples or solo guests (1 Queen bed + 1 Double bed) It is only a 30 second stroll to the coveted Kohi Eatery for your morning coffee & pastries or evening dinner & drinks and only a hop over the road to the the main bus route into the city.

A spacious room, light, very comfortable

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

Marg welcomed us warmly and showed us her property, which was generously stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It is close to the beach and a variety of restaurants, also the bus that goes into Auckland city. It was perfect for our stay and we would love to return if we were to visit Auckland again.

This seaside sanctuary delivered as promised and then some. It was so perfect for my stay. Quiet, peaceful, and what a beautiful view! I felt as comfortable as I do in my own home and hosts were so kind and accommodating. They showed such wonderful hospitality with some wonderful local groceries upon my arrival. The location was ideal for me and the accommodations were so clean and comfortable. Thank you for such a wonderful place for this weary traveler to rest, revive, and explore so much of what this area has to offer.
