Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Mount Eden

Thanks again! Very nice, spacious apartment with a beautiful seaview. The aircon is very good and the TV is very big. Really appreciate the late check out time! And really appreciate the welcome Christmas gifts. *The place really needs a smoke alarm in the kitchen area, made us a bit nervous that there's none for when cooking *The hot water jug needs to be replaced as its not hot it only gives warm water *The toilet is creaking a bit, it needs to be looked at for maintenance

Very nice stay in this apartment. Well arranged apartment with all the amenities you need. Great if you have to go to a concert in Eden Park. I would highly recommend it.

Awesome place to stay to catch-up with family and friends. Considering the place is located smack bang in central Auckland it's incredibly quiet on the bedroom level. Spa was so relaxing, lots of boards wicked movie room, and lots of space to cook together. A little maintenance required on a few amenities. But overall it was a great stay and Craig was super helpful and accomodating. Would book again.

Stewart was wonderful and kind and a great host. He responded quickly and got anything I needed. The flat was absolutely breathtaking! I had my own kitchen my own little area. The bed was comfy. I asked for a fan he gave me a fan it was fabulous. The shower was hot not a lot of water pressure, but that didn’t bother me. I also was told before hand that because it was right by restaurants and bars it was loud on the weekend, but that didn’t affect my stay at all. I actually kind of liked the noise it made me feel immersed in the culture. I give it five stars and would recommend this place to anybody and everybody. Alan's' place is spacious, very comfortable and has a good view of Auckland city. It's only about 10-15 min walk to the centre of Auckland and it's easy to find. Alan made it convenient that various facilities in the apartment were accessible, like the kitchen and the washing machine. The room was ensuite and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Previous guests had mentioned about the noise at the weekend, but it did not bother me even without using the earplugs that Alan had provided. Alan was very kind and forgiving when I left some food grease mark on the bedsheet, so it's important that future guests do not eat in the room, as one of the house rules. I would recommend Alan's to all guests passing through Auckland.

Nice neighborhood, great restaurants all in a short walk. Close to public transport to downtown and beaches. Lovely stay.

This has to be one of the best places we have stayed. Beautiful, warm, welcoming home. Very clear instructions of what’s required. Very hospitable host, checking in and making sure we were ok. Thank you very much we loved our stay.

This place was a little tricky to find BUT Viv was there for check-in and helped us out so much. She was responsive with her communication and made us feel at home. The small backyard was beautiful and the inside was cosy and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Jo’s place. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Jo was an amazing host—super accommodating and always quick to communicate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Auckland. Highly recommend!

Perfect Airbnb in Oneroa. A few minutes walk into town, lots of restaurants and bus stops. Two seperate sleeping areas with everything you need. Top quality NZ butter, milk, eggs, coffee and bread on check-in Super responsive hosts The very detailed checkin and local info was so helpful Will definitely stay here again. 10/10

Lovely stay so spacious and so clean Mike is very easy to talk to and very responsive only issue if you have a big car (like a Ute) it won’t fit in the garage but we just parked it outside on the road and it was totally fine.

This place felt like home and great for our family who had to travel to Auckland at short notice. We didn’t need to bring anything extra, as everything we needed was provided. The house is easy to find, good off street parking, and no surprises.

Exceptional, private location with friendly attentive hosts, just minutes from Ponsonby Road. It was so lovely to close the gates into the lush courtyard and enjoy a well-appointed home away from home, with generous interior spaces, comfortable bedding, and all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Gerard is a kind, generous neighbour & host, ensuring we had everything we needed. Just a few blocks from Ponsonby Rd's hospitality scene, with a dairy at the corner, and a bus stop nearby, there's lots to see, do, and explore in this perfect Grey Lynn bubble!

20 min walking to the hospital a small but nice room . isla is a very friendly. it was nice to see somebody after a whole at the hospital.

This was a very enjoyable Airbnb experience for us. The unit was great - top floor, well furnished & clean as shown in the listing. The location was amazing - great view of the Sky Tower from the balcony, quiet neighbors, close enough to walk almost anywhere downtown. The host provided detailed info for arrival and communicated well with us in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Stephen’s place was just as described, a comfortable apartment with a great view of the city. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Woolworths and other amenities. The building also has a gym, which was a nice bonus. Stephen was friendly and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was beautifully presented, and the location was very convenient. John’s responsiveness made it possible for us to book on short notice, for which we were very grateful. All in all, everything was flawless.
