Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Our group of 6 absolutely loved this home. We stayed here for a week and it was the perfect space to enjoy. You are incredibly close to the beach (1 min walk) which was absolutely amazing, and we were closer to things like phillip island. You still have access to public transit into the city as well (the last stop on the line). Our group was sad to leave this stay. Nic was incredibly flexible with us and made it that much better.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

My partner and I booked this place for a quite night away before winter, it was nice and secluded, and the fire made for a very inviting stay. I'll definitely look at booking this place again in the future.

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Certainly would recommend to anyone wanting to stay and also explore the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Hopefully we can return for another luxury escape !! Rgds Margaret & Bob

We had a lovely stay. Will be certain to return. The Elwood neighbourhood is our favourite in Melbourne. It is heavily treed, peaceful and walking distance to the beach, St Kilda Botanical Gardens as well as the shops in Elwood Village.

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

We loved our 3 night stay at this beautiful, cosy, warm loft-style apartment in vibrant Armadale. Close to fantastic cafes, restaurants and shopping. Our host also generously provided some yummy food items too. One standout feature was the log fire. We would definitely return to this lovely property.

Comfy and cozy accomodation in a great location. The airbnb was in a great spot and was super clean and tidy. Alison was well accomodating with check in and check out times to ensure we could be ready for out even in time. Great stay

It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. Beautifully appointed and thoughtfully decorated little spot in a fantastic location! It’s small, but much larger than the pictures suggest - never cramped, just cozy. The kitchen is more than appropriate for cooking, and the entertainment system is fantastic with solid speakers that are always appreciated. It’s incredibly close to the main Sassafras strip, which does lead to a small amount of traffic noise especially if you’re sitting outside, but the road is very quiet at night and the doors and windows isolate well so it never bothered us. Being able to walk to dinner and not have to drive home is well worth the trade off in my eyes! My partner and I also greatly appreciated the spa bathtub, and the fact that you can watch a movie while in it thanks to the thoughtfully planned layout. All in all, a great little spot that I would gladly return to.
