Monthly Rentals in Mount Elphinstone Provincial Park

We stayed over a month at John's and loved it! We decided to stay in the Sunshine Coast area on a whim, and it was such a fabulous surprise! The house made our entire experience in the area so much more enjoyable - it was perfectly equipped for long stays (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, storage spaces, garage, parking, balcony, bbq grill, fast wifi for remote work...all were 100% perfect for our family and long-stay needs). The house has spectacular views and many seating areas that we didn't use much but would have been great had we stayed during summer. The area is wonderful - many activities like hiking and water sports are available nearby. John was a wonderful and professional host. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in this tiny home. It was so cosy and peaceful, exactly what we wanted. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Sarah was a great host and was very helpful. Would love to come back!

Andrei’s place is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and close to everything—most spots were within a 10-minute drive. My two small dogs and I stayed for a week on our first visit to the Sunshine Coast, and it was a great little home base. The suite had most of what we needed, including a small fridge and a stove plate, which were handy. If you're staying longer like we did, just note there's no oven and the fridge is quite small—so meal options are a bit limited. Still, it’s doable if you want to avoid eating out every day. We had a minor ant issue early on, but it was dealt with quickly. (And we learned not to leave snacks out!) The bed was comfortable enough, and having Netflix at night was a nice touch. We also appreciated being able to lock up our bikes in the carport. Overall, a peaceful, pet-friendly stay in a lovely area. Thanks again for hosting us!

The view from the patio is breathtaking—I could have spent the whole vacation just sitting out there. The apartment was spotless and so thoughtfully prepared, with every detail covered. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the linens were top-notch. My dog was just as pampered as I was, with a bed, treats, bowls, and even towels set out for him. There was coffee, tea, sugar, and cream in the fridge, and a bowl of Lindt chocolates on the counter—such a sweet touch. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and when the TV wasn’t working, they came right away to fix it. It’s about 10 km from town up a very steep windy road so I’d suggest bringing what you need (food etc) with you as you may not want to go back-and-forth. Overall spectacular stay. Highly recommended!!
