Great place exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and a great environment for a quiet gathering of friends.

Edward was the best host I have ever had! He was so accommodating and very responsive! I rent a lot with Airbnb and he is top notch!

We had the best time! Amazing house and host. The heated pool and fenced in backyard were perfect for enjoying family time. The entire house was very clean and organized with everything we needed. The host was extremely proactive with communications and responsive for the few things we needed. Highly recommended!

Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

This is our third time staying in Chris’ place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My kids loved being able to walk to the pool and the house is spacious enough for our big family. We look forward to returning again later this year. We enjoyed the back deck and barbecuing as well! Chris and Dottie have a beautiful house and really make sure their guests feel at home and keep things simple.

Pool was a hit with the boys we had staying. In town for a race at Trackhouse so location was great. Tracy was very accommodating allowing an early check in to drop groceries as the house was already clean. Comfortable beds. Would stay again for sure.

Great place. In the center of most things. Everything we wanted to do was under 30 minutes away. House was great and in a quiet neighborhood. Littles friendly. Our 2 year old loved it and so did we.

This home is was sooo clean and beautifully decorated. It most definitely fit the needs of me and my family for our trip. The host was very responsive as well.

Paige was a great host and the place was as described! From the beginning she was proactive with communication and responded quickly to things. We had everything we needed, easy instructions, and loved the location. It was close to the airport hotel conference we were attending but tucked away enough to not be loud. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely stay here again!

I knew I didn’t want to stay in the city and driving 20 mins in for a nice spot to eat in uptown wasn’t so bad. I booked this 1 month in advanced and Mike quickly communicated as a wonderful host that he is. This was perfect because of the pet friendliness and rustic decor, but once I arrived at this location, it was more than I could have asked for. The cutest front porch with rocking chairs and a wooden front door immediately caught my eye. Once I got out the car, I noticed the expansive backyard, a dream for any energized pup. I made it into the home and was blown away of how much a farmhouse feel I received with suede cushioned wooden chairs and a comfy couch, massive bricked wood burning fire place and barnyard doors. The bonus was the vinyl record player. The kitchen had cathedral ceilings with wooden beams, beautiful cabinetry with snacks and drinks for our stay. The bedroom was perfect, minimally decorated with a beauty of en-suite and large walk-in closet. It felt like home!!

The Chronicle Mill Cottage is the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in! It was immaculately clean and so cute! We have already talked about our return! The host has truly thought of everything you could ever need from an emergency kit, picnic/outdoor supplies, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and a quick drive into Charolette. I can not recommend this cottage enough- you will not be disappointed! The history of the house is also neat to read about! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This spacious home was perfect for our small family gathering—newly built neighborhood. Very clean and simple. The location was perfect for a quick drive to the National Whitewater Center. The host was very responsive as well.

Dad's Place was absolutely perfect for our visit! We spent a fair amount of time enjoying the backyard space. We made Smores at the campfire our last night there, and our stay most enjoyable. Located perfectly from everything we needed to do while we were in town and everything we needed was provided in the house. Would absolutely stay here everytrime we are in town!

What a fantastic home. Five or six people should be quite comfortable. Clean, new, close to everything and it was quite safe. I plan to book again

Stayed at Danilo’s place 3 nights. Everything was as described. Im not familiar enough with Gastonia to make comments about the location but the neighborhood was very quiet during our stayed, even though the next door houses had dogs, we didnt really noticed while in the house or during sleep. One issue arise, but got response immediately and taken care of the same day. I liked the desk space allowing WFH. We didnt spend anytime on the yard, I cant speak on that. Overall was good, thank you!

Lucy and Walter were extraordinarily helpful and friendly! This was a last-minute, unplanned getaway and we were very lucky this was available. The pictures do not do the location justice. The home was spotless, had plenty of towels, kayaks, dishes, and much more. Lake Norman is beautiful, but where their home is located it’s probably one of the best spots on the lake. I’m looking forward to going back!!

Felt right at home at Tora & Gerald’s place. By far our favorite stay. The house wasn’t too small or too big it was just perfect for us 3. Didn’t have to wait long for a response. They made us feel very comfortable. We loved it. Will definitely book again.

This was the best house!! Easy access to lots of the local activities and surrounding areas. My dog loved the huge fenced in back yard. Shelley was awesome and even provided weekly cleaning services since I was there a lil over a month. She even ensured I always had coffee the entire time. It made being out of my own home due to storm damages truly feel like a vacation. Thanks so much Shelley for sharing your beautiful home with me and Joe Joe ❤️❤️

This is a very beautiful comfortable home great for a couple and one teenage child or two couples. It gives a homie vibe and everything is in its place. I love how easy and quick you can find things around the house. Enoch was fantastic! His communication is great and quick as in response time. He had ordered a coffee maker but it was delayed and he made sure I was aware of it. Once it arrived, it came with a box of K-Cups coffee to use. I thought that was a very sweet touch. He checked in via messages every so often to make sure we were ok. The neighborhood is welcoming and everyone says hello to you as you either drive in or drive out. The house is located in a perfect spot where there is peace and quiet for those who love that like us. Everything is pretty close if not almost next-door as in the shops, the stores, eateries and more. This is definitely a Home that I would love to return to with my family. It’s an adorable home and you will love it!! I recommend this place to everyone
