No words can say how wonderful Shane and Deanna's hospitality was. We had a large group that we were getting together for annual Father's Day weekend camping trip and at the last minute our accommodations fell through and we were scrambling to find somewhere that could host 20 people. the hosts at Cole's Green Acres were fantastic, very accommodating, and just overall an absolute delight. We were all super happy with the setup, especially since it rained tremendous amounts during the weekend we stayed. In fact, Shane even stated that this is the worst rain storms they've had in years! But we made it through and it was honestly so much fun hanging out underneath the Pavilion during the rain storms, watching the children run around playing in the rain, and then calming down at the fire pit just listening to music. To say that we loved our experience and appreciated the hospitality that Shane and Deanna provided would be an understatement. The amenities were more than listed! <3 you guys!

During the registration process, the owner responded very quickly to all my questions. The home was beautiful! Very clean inside with comfortable beds. We loved sitting on the front porch.

I booked this house for my 7 year wedding anniversary and it was the perfect weekend getaway. The house is very cozy and so cute. It was very clean. Lauren's personal touches and gifts were above and beyond. The communication with the hosts were topnoch. We loved our short stay and hope to come back.

We are thrilled we found this place for our six night stay in Morgantown! It was perfect for my husband and I in every way. So homey in decor and setup and extra touches (fresh farm eggs in the fridge), easy to get to anywhere, great work desk for my husband’s laptop and extra screens, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable bed and bedding. Highly recommend!!!!

This place is magical! We could hear the small falls we were able to hike to from the treehouse! Toney even provided walking sticks- use them. Each morning we woke to birds and squirrel playing outside the windows- so many windows! In the middle of the night I watched at least 3 flying squirrel at the bird feeders while lying in bed- I watched for over an hour! The treehouse itself is a work of art and ingenuity. Toney has thought of everything! It is comfortable and peaceful! Toney has given people a gift that not just anyone might appreciate! It is special, it is unique, it is an experience and it is magical! We had but just arrived when I knew I wanted to come back! I want to see it in other seasons! My adult daughter slept in a Hammock on the highest platform the first night, there is a hot shower wet bath, stove for cooking, a black stone griddle outside and solar/battery power for lights etc. I am so glad Toney doesn’t want this place commercialized!

This place is incredible. I didn't stay long enough to check out the hot tub or fire pit but they are fantastic amenities. I loved the spacious and private thire floor, it is like having an apartment to yourself. The town itself is also beautiful and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with one stipulation and I knew this going into it but, there are a narrow set of steep stairs so if you are older or struggle with stairs I would not stay here. If stairs don't bother you then it is 1000% worth it. The only other little thing is there is no shampoo so pack some. Besides that. I couldn't have asked for anything else. 10/10

My son and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property. I cannot say enough as to the cleanliness of the entire townhome. Jake was very communicative. Instructions were easy to follow. Check in and check out could not have been easier when staying in Morgantown I will always look to stay at this place first

This was the perfect place for my family to rest while in Morgantown for my mom’s surgery. It is a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe, super close the hospital and lots of food options. The house was extremely clean and looked exactly like the photos. Carmen and her co-hosts were so kind and responsive to all of our messages. I would definitely recommend!
