Place was clean and nice. Location was fantastic. Lots of food and drink in walking distance. Beach was never crowded because the public could not get in through the Sea Cabins entrance.

What a beautiful location! Some of the most stunning sunsets I've ever seen! Great grocery store conveniently located close by! Close to restaurants and shopping!

The location is great, with a beach access right in front of the house. Downtown is a short drive away but you can also walk, which removes the need to park. The place is old but functional.

This was a great place to stay was close to all the places we wanted to visit like downtown Charleston, isle of palms, and Sullivans Island. Place was clean and place was perfect for me, my husband, and two kids. She left us snacks and lots of ideas for things to do nearby.

Heather was a wonderful host and the listing was exactly as described. We have stayed here a few times in the past and highly recommend to other guests. The location cannot be beat, it’s just absolutely stunning and convenient to everything. I really loved watching the sunset and being just steps away from the beach. We have to be back one day soon !

Melissa’s home was STUNNING, immaculate and spacious! Our kids were in heaven. We loved that it was an easy walk to the beach. The finished basement with the foosball and pool tables was a hit! And she left us a parting gift in a little box with a code- and the kids thought that was the coolest thing ever. Definitely at the top of travel accommodations list. ❤️

We enjoyed this Airbnb a lot! Lovely views back and front and the beach is maybe 3 minutes walk (look for the public access sign to the left, about three houses down). Great shower! Lovely kitchen! Comfy sofas! If we ever come back to folly beach, we would love to stay again. For the mobility challenged, it is only 12 steps to front door, unlike a lot of neighboring houses, which are on stilts and have 25+ steps. 😁

This place was so great for our girls trip! There was so much space and we enjoyed hanging out on the porch immensely. It is so close to everything in Charleston and there are lots of amenities nearby. Would stay again!

This is a beautiful home. It is peaceful and beautifully appointed with easy beach access and great restaurants nearby. We were there for a milestone birthday celebration and got great support and recommendations for a local company that had fantastic decorations and treats set-up for our arrival. Would highly recommend this lovely home and look forward to returning soon!

Joe & Claire were great hosts, very personable. Stayed 5 nites in late April/early May. Beautiful location: decks on all levels/sides, sweeping views of marsh in back, high up views of ocean across street in front. Many perfect spots to sit depending on sun & wind. Great views of sunrise & sunset, lighthouse, etc. Furnishings comfortably accommodated gatherings for our family of 5 adults, tastefully decorated too. Kitchen well equipped, beach chairs/towels provided. Besides food/drink/personal items, can’t think of anything we wanted that wasn’t already there. We experienced one significant house utility issue that disrupted our stay, outside anyone’s control. Joe had it repaired and equitably resolved the impact to us. Location next best thing to beachfront, beach access just 100yd down road. Peacefully removed from busy central Folly Beach town area and just 5min ride to many casual restaurant/entertainment options there. Also easy 30min trip to Charleston for exploring and dinner.

Natalia's place is a great spot to stay at while visiting Charleston and its beaches. The house is located in a very peaceful spot 12 minutes away from Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island. The house itself is beautiful and spacious. We really liked the sunroom and the back garden which are especially useful if you're traveling as a family. Everything was very well maintained and clean. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and well lit. The kitchen was also well stocked with utensils so, if you plan to cook at home, you'll find the right tools. Finally, Natalia is a great host. All instructions were clear and the response time was very prompt. I would surely recommend her and her place to anyone visiting Charleston.

Since the beginning when making our reservation, our host Marie was very welcoming and provided great tips for the area including restaurants and things to do. Marie was also very gracious and sincere in welcoming us to reach out to her if we needed anything at all during our stay. It truly felt like home away from home! Tucked away off a private community road, the Airbnb itself was immaculately clean and all the nice touches including the big screen TVs, board game cabinet, and lovely sunroom, and even the little rose floret detail on the toilet paper roll really made our stay special. Outside the oak trees with Spanish moss and the adjacent dock added so much charm, not to mention the beautiful sunsets over the water. There is an easy but around 30 minute drive into Charleston downtown, but we liked the fact that it was a refuge from the hustle bustle for us to relax at the end of the day. Our whole stay was smooth and trouble-free, and we highly recommend Marie’s Airbnb to anyone!

Pelican Watch is a beautiful place on Seabrook. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the backdoor with a great view from the back porch. You need a car to get to most restaurants but great places are 10-20 minutes away. Harris Teeter is well stocked nearby with great steaks and seafood as well as wine. I’d definitely stay here again.

Really nice condo for the location at Wild Dunes. So easy to get to the beach. Mona was extremely responsive and helpful.

This is a great place to stay. Unbelievable views and close to everything. Thomas is ready to contact and always very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again.

Two words: absolutely wonderful! Felt right at home the moment we walked in. It was exactly as pictured and described. Close to everything. 20 minutes from Charleston and 5 min drive to ocean. Beautiful water views from porch. Also enjoyed time at the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. We will be returning again.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

Steve was incredibly easy to communicate with and helpful throughout our entire stay. His property was absolutely perfect and exactly the way it was listed as. There were no surprises with the property. The location was also amazing due to its seclusion and beachfront location. My family and I would love to stay there again. An ideal sisters' getaway! This home is sparkling clean and so inviting. The stocked kitchen was a huge plus for easy meals, and we loved having both beach and pool access. A truly great stay!

Better than the pictures! I’m a clean freak and this place matched my expectations. It’s was enough space for my husband, my baby, my dog and me. Lisa was very responsive and answered our questions while we were there. I appreciated the white noise machine too! We will make this our official beach AirBnB
