Kate's house was cute, comfortable and the beds were fantastic. Also, we loved all the beautiful rose bushes...great landscaping! Definitely recommend!

Really great place to stay, super responsive host! The pool was pretty great and so was the hot tub! Great location too, lots of stores, restaurants around, and parks like the Busse Woods (it’s huge and lots of walking paths)!

Beautiful Airbnb. Had everything we needed and more. Appreciated the special touches. Host tried to think of everything a guest might need. The beds were VERY comfortable, all of them. The place was clean and the backyard is amazing. We had a great time with family and spent a lot of time in the backyard. Would stay again.

We had a great stay! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here with a couple of her friends and everyone loved the house. All the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Hosts responded quickly and were accommodating.

My friend and I booked with Patrick because it was an easy place to find in between where we live. It was also important that it was pet friendly because I had my 2 dachshunds and she had her German shepherd mix with a toddler. Kiddo enjoyed the pool, and the doggos loved the yard. We all felt at home!

A great place to stay, we were a group of three visiting and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space for all three of us to be able to do our own thing when we wanted and not get in each others way. Deck and outdoor patio area with the firepit were fantastic for nice evenings. Small things like good water pressure and hot water were A+ which really makes all the difference for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful setting close to everything I needed to do. Quiet and peaceful Everything promised and pictured was accurate. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Loved being on the Fox River with the geese, ducks, squirrels and rabbits.

The hosts were incredibly nice! They truly did care about our stay. My stay consisted of recovering from a surgery. They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and cared for! I got to enjoy the home and my husband got to go across the street to the beautiful park to fish. The questions we did have received quick responses every time. Next time we are in the area, we will be going back!

We stayed at Vic’s place when our floors were getting refinished. Location was convenient and it had the amenities we needed for our family for a few days.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa22. The home is beautiful, luxurious, and impeccably maintained — everything was clean, spotless and thoughtfully arranged. It had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable extended stay with our family, including a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious layout. The hosts, Narcis and Gabriel, were fantastic — extremely responsive, clear in their communication. They provided detailed instructions that made check-in, check-out, and everything in between seamless. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very family-friendly, with easy access to main roads — a great location if you're planning to explore Chicago without the stress of city parking. Having a car made it easy to get around, and the area itself felt peaceful and well-kept. If you're visiting the Chicago area and looking for a clean, elegant, and well-managed place to stay, I highly recommend Casa22. We would absolutely love to return!

The property was very clean and nice. The house has been renovated and is beautiful inside. the grill and firepit are really nice. There are parks and walking trails near by. I really enjoyed my stay.

Townhouse was bigger then it looked - so lots of room! Clean and comfortable. Beautiful back yard. Nice neighborhood. Walkable. Neighboring community had a well documented history of the area and great weekly outdoor concerts. Host was responsive and accommodating. Not to detour from the positives, but some might be concerned with the closeness of the humming large power lines.

The house is lovely! Better than the pictures, just as all of the reviews say. The showers are incredible. The master bathroom is a dream. We had everything we needed & more. We don’t have a single complaint. We definitely plan on booking here again.

The property is very well located with beautiful walking paths and nearby parks. It has a lot of internal space it is clean and practical and well equipped. I was working that week and was able to zoom without an issue all week, so the internet connection was good for us.

Jimmy was friendly and helpful; his directions were clear and simple. The house is tidy and completely dust free. It’s inviting, but unpretentious, set in the most appealing area walking distance from a lake. Kitchen is suitably equipped. Towels were fluffy, bedding was inviting. AC gets cold.

I think this was my fav Airbnb yet. Convenient, very clean and a great kitchen! My dog enjoyed the backyard and the neighborhood was nice. I misplaced the house keys and Joanna responded immediately and had a solution! Thank you so much for that!!!! Would love to stay again when we visit family next year.

Recently redone place on a quiet street that is walking distance to train, Ravinia, and shops/restaurants. Interior has been recently redone and was spotless; great activities in basement for kids and plenty of space for family to spread out and sleep comfortably. Hosts were awesome and extremely responsive to our questions and as someone who grew up nearby would definitely return for future visits.

As someone who grew up in Itasca several decades ago, it brought back great memories! We came to visit for our kids' birthday as my family is still in Itasca and the surrounding areas. We booked this Airbnb seeing it was 5 min from my parents. First, it was such a cute comfy place! The ranch style was perfect for my toddlers! It was clean and child friendly! He also provided 2 high chairs! The backyard was a treat! We took advantage as the weather was great! He had a patio table and plenty of chairs! We brought outdoor activities and the kids had a blast out there at least once a day! There's also a park just right in the back with a walking path! The location was very peaceful and safe. Everything was clean and organized! Fantastic amenities! Everything was as expected and we could not have picked anything better! And Jehu is a fantastic host! Very prompt responses, kind, friendly and very helpful! We plan on staying here again the next time we visit (hoping it's available!).
