Condo holiday rentals in Mount Washington

Lyria's place was exactly as advertised. Incredibly clean, everything we needed, spacious and great amenities. We usually stay in hotels when in the area, but Lyria's place was a way better value and so much more space! The surroundings were gorgeous and my kids (10 & 13) loved the pool and surrounding attractions (hiking Artist's Bluff and walking The Basin path). The time we went (mid April) not a ton was going on in the area, but we were happy just to explore, relax and hang out at the pool! We even enjoyed watching a Celtics playoff game on the big screen TV! Lyria gave us great recommendations for where to eat and we loved everything she suggested. Highly recommend for a family with kids or a quiet retreat for adults!

Tim's place was great! Felt like home. View is amazing! Cathedral wood ceilings make the place so warm and cozy. Kitchen and bathroom clean with upgrades. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Location is perfect. Close to restaurants, N. Conway, and both Crawford and Pinkham notch for hiking and other adventures. Tim was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely rent again!

The condo was nicely stocked and had everything we needed for our family. Extra blankets in each closet and the beds were so comfortable! Easy to find and very close to the mountain we were skiing at for the week. Clubhouse with the pool was also within walking distance which was a huge plus.

great getaway for Cannon (11 mins) and Waterville valley (33 mins). Ihave never slept in a more comfortable bed in my life and same for my two companions in the other two beds. just what you need for a nice ski vacation.

Roberta's place was perfect! We come up to Lincoln often and have stayed at many different places and I must say that this location is the best -- it took us one minute to get to Loon! The view is spectacular -- I love sitting on the couch, reading, while I look up and see the Pemi river. It is so very peaceful. Inside, you will find all the amenities you could need - every room is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy, and if you appreciate a nice cozy blanket while sitting next to the fire, you will find one in every bedroom! Roberta was very friendly and responsive. My daughter and I decided to extend our stay by one day, and she immediately got back to me, making the process seamless. I highly recommend this place!!

We had a great stay. The condo couldn't be more convenient for Attitash--it's a very easy walk to the resort, and the pedestrian tunnel was open, making it even easier. Very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom, and the sleeper sofa worked well for our teenage son. It was very nice to have the snowshoeing trails literally a stone's throw away, and loved that the welcome center lends out snowshoes. The ski locker was much appreciated. We enjoyed a nice dinner at Matty B's at the welcome center. We would definitely come back again!

We had a great time with our family at Summit Vista. The view is gorgeous, the place was very clean and updated, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this place to others!

We loved this place! It was big, clean, and a great overall AirBnB for the family to stay at. The pictures don’t even do it justice, just a great find! It was easy to get from here to Conway, Mt Washington, White Mountain National Forest, and pretty much everywhere else we wanted to go. Definitely recommend and would book again!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

8 of us stayed comfortably at this condo. It was furnished with everything we needed and we felt right at home. It is in a prime location with great restaurants like moat mountain, red fox, Tuckermans, horse feathers, Kelly May’s and so many more nearby. Fantastic shopping at settlers green and many other stores is less than 3 minutes away and great adventure spots like Diana’s baths, cathedral ledge, echo lake, black cap mountain, and the red stone quarry are all less than 10 minutes away. At the bottom of the entrance to stonehurst manor is a great health food store. Lauren was very responsive to all of my messages. We are very satisfied with our stay!

Great condo with all the amenities you need. Beautiful location on the golf course, but private and quiet.

Our family of 5 just stayed here for Presidents Day weekend. The condo was perfect for our family, and the kids loved having a separate area in the loft to have to themselves. The place was super clean. Would definitely recommend!

We were the next street over from Waterville valley ski resort and so close to the town square. This was a very convenient place to stay. The host was very very nice and any communication we had, she was prompt in responding.

Wonderful Stay – Great Amenities & Location! We had a fantastic stay! The outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the jetted tub in the unit was a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable, and the layout of the space was well thought out. We love this area and always enjoy heading down to North Conway. This spot made for a perfect getaway, and we’ll definitely be back with our dogs for another stay. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Anthony’s place! He’s an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host — replied to my texts within seconds and provided a detailed handbook with everything from check-in instructions to local recommendations (restaurants, parks, and things to do). The condo was clean, quiet, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s also very kid-friendly and just a 2-minute drive to Story Land, which was perfect for our trip. Highly recommend staying here — we’d definitely come back!

This AirBnB was a perfect winter vacation escape. It had everything we needed for our two families. The kitchen was so well stocked and we were never without. Great set up. My 5 year old begged to live there forever! We can't wait to come back!

Great stay, exactly as advertised. Our kids enjoyed the toys in the condo and we were able to walk over to Storyland. Also, the bed in the main bedroom was quite comfortable.

Have stayed at Rick’s listings many times and will continue to in the future. Always friendly and responsive. Listings are clean and modern. Exactly what you want for a nice getaway.

Easy quick getaway for ski/snowboard trip

I really can’t say enough, this place was perfect. My wife and I spent our anniversary weekend here, and it was the perfect place. Super clean and well taken care of. The host remembered I told him it was our anniversary, he was very responsive. All around 5 stars.

The condo was perfect for a weekend ski trip with my boyfriend and parents. Kitchen was well stocked, the area was clean, and beds were comfortable. Would consider staying here again in the future!

This was my second time staying here. Although, it rained the 1st 2 days there, we still very much enjoyed our stay I absolutely love it. The river is right out back, gorgeous view with a deck to sit on. The sound of the river is wonderful! Her place is clean. It's perfect for what I need!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
