Condo holiday rentals in Coos County

This is the second year that we stayed at Michael’s and we love it. It fits our family of 4, another family of 3 and 1 more random adult perfectly. We liked the bunks downstairs so the kids could sleep in and there was plenty of space for all of our ski gear.

We had a blast skiing at Attitash. Rich and Mias condo was a perfect location to the mountain with plenty of things to do with the kids. The condo was pristine and homey. Perfect for relaxing after a long day in the slopes.

The views are unbeatable and it's one of our favorite places to visit as a family. The home was is perfect condition and the host was very friendly and helpful.

This was a very last minute booking. David responded quickly to my request and was very communicative from check in to check out.

Adam's home was as described and very comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the amenities but everything on the grounds were amazing. We were centrally located to everything that we wanted to accomplish while visiting New Hampshire. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises again! Thank you!

We had a great time, beautiful condo. Very clean. Breton woods was a stones throw away, easy to get to. Becky was very communicative you will love this place!

Spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this beautiful spot. Very quiet and private, nice and homey feel. The kids were in heaven. We will be back soon!!!

The loft was very comfortable! It was convenient to Franconia notch state park and we did some great hiking during our trip. The beds were very comfortable and it was convenient having a washer and dryer available also. During our stay the WiFi was worked on and it is working well now. Everything was clean and as pictured!

We loved this place! It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We love the new couch too (there was a smaller and different couch in the original listing pictures). Everything we wanted to do was close by which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

Our family of 5 just stayed here for Presidents Day weekend. The condo was perfect for our family, and the kids loved having a separate area in the loft to have to themselves. The place was super clean. Would definitely recommend!

This house was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do while on a weekend trip into the mountains. Great for kids and pets alike. Highly recommended for a family! My only con is that there's a lot of poison ivy at the edges of the driveway and back yard.

Had lovely family vacation with adult children and their children. Good place for gathering.

The place was beautiful and hearing the river in the back yard was peaceful. Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked. We even had a bottle of wine which was a thoughtful treat. Listening to the river when we woke up in the morning was amazing. We didn’t see any moose or bears but we did make our way down to the river bank and enjoyed the cool water. Jeremiah and Lisseth were always available to help us with any questions we had about the place. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

This AirBnB was a perfect winter vacation escape. It had everything we needed for our two families. The kitchen was so well stocked and we were never without. Great set up. My 5 year old begged to live there forever! We can't wait to come back!

The condo was nicely stocked and had everything we needed for our family. Extra blankets in each closet and the beds were so comfortable! Easy to find and very close to the mountain we were skiing at for the week. Clubhouse with the pool was also within walking distance which was a huge plus.

Great stay, exactly as advertised. Our kids enjoyed the toys in the condo and we were able to walk over to Storyland. Also, the bed in the main bedroom was quite comfortable.

What a great location! So close to Story Land and the aquarium without feeling too close to the hustle and bustle. Very clean and quiet place to stay. Even had a nice storybook for my 2.5 year old which came in handy during bedtime! Would highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for a weekend ski trip with my boyfriend and parents. Kitchen was well stocked, the area was clean, and beds were comfortable. Would consider staying here again in the future!

Julia & Peter’s place was very homey & welcoming as was their communication with me from booking until checkout. The location was perfect to all we wanted to do in North Conway. This was a Christmas present for our kids and it didn’t disappoint. It was large enough to accommodate all of us(9 in total) comfortably. When we weren’t out shopping, dinning or finding fun things to do in North Conway, we enjoyed the condo playing games & having fun family time at the spacious kitchen table & having fun in the clubhouse with the arcade & indoor pool. If you love North Conway as much as we do, then I would highly recommend Julia & Peter’s conveniently located beautiful home…thanks again for a great time!!!

Great location, minutes from story land and only about 15 minutes to the base of Mt. Washington. Also really close to downtown Conway with grocery stores less than 30 minutes away. Community pool was clean with sauna and a great little pond for paddle boating. The game room has lots to do also w/ pool table, ping pong table, movies, and a propane grill setup. View from the living room was fantastic.

We had a great time with our family at Summit Vista. The view is gorgeous, the place was very clean and updated, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this place to others!
