Sunny Coast Studio

Our conveniently located studio apartment is just 10 minutes from the beautiful Maroochydore and Mooloolaba beaches. Enjoy a well-appointed private and cozy air-conditioned space including a 55" smart TV with Netfix, gigabit internet, and a work desk. Your own bathroom, kitchenette and private patio with BBQ. Washing machine, ironing board, and secure parking, suitable for Caravans and Motor Homes. Our Sunny Studio is the perfect base to explore surrounding beaches, local dining and shopping.

Single bush retreat: Birdhide

No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area. This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool and then walk to the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Mooloolaba’s Private Guest Studio Room

Newly renovated studio is seperate to the main house and has it’s own entrance and is complete with its own kitchenette, TV and private bathroom. Suitable for 2 adults (and kids on request) Tea and Instant Coffee are available for your convenience along with basic condiments for cooking. This private area is 1km walk from the beach and is great for exploring the area with your partner, family or just away on business, than this is the place for you.
