Hi , You will have accommodation in a stone house with character, all comforts, for people who love the countryside, calm, beautiful vegetation, birdsong, rooster crowing, access to the vegetable garden. The location is close to the Sauternais, Graves, and Bordeaux vineyards, 1 hour from the ocean. 3 minutes from the Toulouse-Lautrec and François Mauriac site. 5 minutes from a city center and 30 minutes from Bordeaux. I provide bed linen, tea towels, but not towels

No smoking, no pets The property has an unsecured staircase, so it is not suitable for toddlers, no baby equipment. The apartment is configured to accommodate a maximum of 3 people, including children.
