Ideal for lovers of quiet nature holidays (hiking, mountain biking, etc.) close to Lac du Salagou, and the Gorges de l'Hérault. 40 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from Pezenas, 35 minutes from Montpellier. Out of respect for the quiet village, our house does not allow big parties.

Hello, 🐑 The presence of sheep on the property requires that any pet be approved beforehand. In that case, please send a booking request. Located in the heart of the protected Pic de Vissou area, in Cabrières, Clos Romain is a unique place surrounded by nature. I produce organic wine and olive oil and welcome you at the heart of the estate. For summer, the house is air-conditioned. A 3.7 kW electric vehicle charging point is available (electricity usage will be charged accordingly).

In a charming village located a few minutes from Lake Salagou, on the red lands of the ruffes, this pretty vacation home is ideally located (approx. 2 km from Lake Salagou). Octon is a village that is both quiet and active, where life is good. Modern and comfortable, it will undoubtedly be the starting point for beautiful getaways to discover exceptional landscapes and sites. Swimming, canoeing, pedal boating, hiking, mountain biking, there are plenty of activities around the lake.

Bright and spacious refurbished accommodation of more than 75 m². It has 1 living/dining room, a bedroom with 2 beds (140 cm and 90 cm), a bedroom with 1 bed (160 cm), a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A workspace with an iMac computer is available. Outside you have a terrace with a two-seater table, a barbecue area with a 6-seater garden table. A pétanque court in front of the accommodation. The private parking can park two cars with a gate that closes.
