The appartment from Ioannis was my perfect place to stay in Naxos. The tiny house was so cozy & well equipped, the garden/terrace is big and a nice add on. Skado itself is calm and original - I enjoyed being part of this lovely village. It’s located in the mountains, but also not far away from nice beaches - my favorite was at Lionas - which was about 20minutes to drive and provides two traditional tavernas. You should have a car and enjoy driving in the mountains so that you can reach almost everything on the island. I enjoyed it and I definitely would come back to Ioannis’ place!

What an absolute dream. Maria and her family were so accommodating and flexible. Truly generous hosts running a lovely little boutique vacation rental. You cannot beat the view from that hot tub. Plus you get visits from friendly strays! If you book this place please say hi to the lanky tuxedo cat (we named him Hobo but he’s been around for years apparently). Thank you Maria!

Sea House by the emery

For those looking for calm, a breathtaking view of the sea, a perfectly equipped, spacious house, Kiki's house is for you! We had a memorable week as a family in Moutsouna. The proximity to restaurants, to the beach (about 100 meters) was very nice. A hiking trail starts from the house which allowed us to explore the hinterland. The two terraces are a real plus! Kiki had provided us with coffee, jam, bread and more. We appreciated his flexibility when we had to postpone our departure by a few hours at the end of the day. In short, we highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect, private, peaceful getaway. The house is comfortable and easy to feel at home. Right above a small beach, easy to walk downstairs and go for a swim whenever you want. The area is much quieter than the other side of the island, but the perfect for location for those who are looking to disconnect and just relax.

The house as well as the environment are really beautiful. The view but also nature within walking distance. Floros had made us a supply of food , he was extremely generous. Very available he responded very quick if we had a question I would recommend this house.
