Attached pool 10x5m, park 0.2ha. outdoor kitchen 30% to be booked. No tourist tax in Moux. If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

The village has a grocery store, pharmacy, etc. The accommodation has two spacious bedrooms, and a pull-out sofa bed for 2, in the living room. the bathroom/WC is equipped with a double sink, and a 140 x 80 cm shower as well as a heated towel rail.
