Ideal for holidays with 2 families because I rent exactly the same adjoining apartment communicating by the garden. Moreover, if it is complete, do not hesitate to look at the availability of the other. The apartment is located on the ground floor of my villa. It is accessible on the street side and on the parking/garden side. Renovated in 2018. I am retired and live on site, I am available 24/7 for my hosts. I can also offer meals, laundry, groceries,etc.
