Welcome, here you have an affordable accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and small kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, Micro, hotplate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the parking lot that belongs to the house. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Like a hotel, but better

Less than 10 minutes down to a fantastic swimming area, fun for children. On the farm there are bikes for guided cycling and kayaks to rent if you feel like it. It is about 6 km to the nearest store and pizzeria, 5 km to camping with long sandy beach and activities such as playground for children and mini golf. 10 minutes walk to Moviken harbor. In the surroundings there are plenty of sights such as village farms and viewpoints (Avholmsberget e.g.), many nice fishing waters, dressage (Delsbo), flea markets and many other things.

The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
