Welcome to our newly built house – a natural oasis with sauna, fireplace and unbeatable views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes! Regardless of the season, this is the perfect place for those who love the outdoors and relaxation. Swimming dock with rowing boat straight below the house. Cycling and hiking trails just around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you can walk to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car in 3. Free electric car charging. The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds), kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture & outdoor shower May-Sept.

We live in the main house and are available if you have any questions. Guests will have access to the cottage and barbecue area in the garden. Parking, WiFi, A/C and cleaning included. Bed linens & towels can be rented for SEK 50/person Travel bed for children & high chair can be borrowed. Good to know: The main property where the host family lives has a doorbell with a camera.

Fantastic cottage right next to the lake. Sauna, hot tub and boat with engine. Long jetty by the beach and swimming raft with diving tower. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. The hot tub available Easter Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter-october.

3 km south of Järvsö is our health farm Jon-Anunds from the early 1800s. Here you live in our guesthouse with a great view of the Ljusnan valley. In the yard, you can move freely, in the barn, children usually love to climb, skateboard and play table tennis. Jump on the trampoline. Less than 10 minutes down to a fantastic swimming area, fun for children. On the farm there are bikes for guided cycling and kayaks to rent if you feel like it. If you are a larger group, there is also Gammelgården with 8 beds to rent.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. The house is located in the village of Moviken at Lake Norra Dellen. It is about 6 km to the nearest store and pizzeria, 5 km to camping with long sandy beach and activities such as playground for children and mini golf. 10 minutes walk to Moviken harbor. In the surroundings there are plenty of sights such as village farms and viewpoints (Avholmsberget e.g.), many nice fishing waters, dressage (Delsbo), flea markets and many other things.

The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails.
