After a day of exploring, return home to grill dinner on the deck, soak beneath the open sky, or unwind with books, board games, and a projector-style movie night. Inside, you’ll find modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, central A/C and heat, free WiFi, laundry, and thoughtful everyday essentials. The primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath with a soaking tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. With room for RVs, trailers, boats, and up to 10 vehicles, plus an EV charger on-site, Sunset Valley Retreat makes arrival easy and adventure even easier. There is also year round use of a hot tub which overlooks the stunning view of the lake and mountains.

This three-level 3,000 sq. ft. property includes six bedrooms, three full baths and comfortably sleeps fourteen guests. Having said that, the local government authority of the Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) limits occupancy to ten. This is none negotiable.

Our guest suite has a modern rustic feel & can accommodate 3 guests. There is an ensuite bathroom & a separate room with a microwave, hotplate, breakfast sandwich maker, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and a tea kettle. There are plates, bowls, cutlery, etc and a rustic wine barrel dining table. The cupboards are stocked with local tea and coffee, with cream in the fridge and snack. There is a bbq for guests use also
