Beachfront holiday rental in Mpatsi

Όλα ήταν άψογα, όπως ακριβώς έδειχνε η καταχώρηση. Τοποθεσία φανταστική, με γύρω χώρο στάθμευσης. Το δωμάτιο καινούργιο, ζεστό νερό άφθονο, με κουζίνα μίνι μπαρ, και τηλεόραση με Netflix κλπ. Το μόνο μείον ήταν ότι ακούγεται η βρύση από το δίπλα δωμάτιο και η ηχομόνωση όχι τόσο καλή. Ο Οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός και γενικά όλα υπέροχα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Σε κεντρικό σημείο στο Μπατσί, το σπίτι είναι απολύτως λειτουργικό και -κυρίως- είναι σπίτι και όχι δωμάτιο. Έχει ατμόσφαιρα και feeling σπιτιού. Ήταν η καλύτερή μας διαμονή και πηγαίνουμε στην Άνδρο τουλάχιστον 10 χρόνια τώρα.

Thyme house is a little piece of heaven, beautiful home with everything you need and more. Very off the beaten track, a car is recommended , but once up the challenging ( but manageable) drive you are in another world. The quiet will astound and captivate you in equal measure, the view never bores and is an ever changing vista of nature and wild beauty. If you want a real get away from the stresses of life then this place is perfect. We were here out of ‘season’ so less ‘things’ were open but this only added to the allure; peace, quiet and relaxing in a real haven. Fellos beach is beautiful and you could walk to it if you were so inclined- we weren’t! Although we did have a swim which was bracing and invigorating. Malamati is responsive and helpful and Katerina is lovely - thank you .

Wunderbare Unterkunft, unweit der Rochari Beach mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Hübsch eingerichtet mit viel Charme. Kurze Distanz zum Dorf, wo es Tavernen u Cafés zum Einkehren hat! Sehr zu empfehlen!

This place was so nice to stay! It was beautiful, quiet, and the balcony had an amazing view. Anastasia was an amazing host and left us wine, snacks, and baked bread! The area is very walkable with lots of great restaurants and fun vibes at night. There is beach access only a few minutes away from the studio. Amazing!

Theofilos was very kind and responsive. The house is in a good location at the centre of Batsi and was very clean. However, there was some noise at the night because of the clubs nearby. Although it is highly recommended!

Great little place to spend your days in Andros, close to Batsi, super clean and easy to find. Great communication in advance with clear instructions how to get there from Katerna. Luckily enough, we were even allowed to enter earlier than the regular check in time, which was great as we left our bags and went straight to the beach. 10/10, recommended.

Το τέλειο σπίτι. Ήταν το μοναδικό σπίτι από όσα έχουμε μείνει και είχε τα πάντα. Ειδικότερα η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμέν! Επιπλέον είχε πολύ καλό προσανατολισμό και το υπέροχο μπαλκόνι ήταν προστατευμένο από τον αέρα. Το Μπατσί μόλις 7 λεπτά απόσταση με το αμάξι. Ιδανική τοποθεσία για τις δυτικές ακτές της Άνδρου, που είναι πιο προστατευμένες από τα μποφόρ του βοριά Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία, και σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε διότι η Άνδρος είναι ένα νησί με εκπλήξεις και αμέτρητα πράγματα να δεις!

An amazing stay for our group of 6! The views were beautiful and the space was extremely comfortable. It was walking distance to all the restaurants in Batsi and the supermarket as well. Spyros was very kind and took great care of us—we will definitely rebook if we are lucky enough to visit Andros again in the future!

Ενα ομορφο σπιτι με πανεμορφη θέα. Λιγο μακρυα απο τα κεντρικα σημεια κινησης αλλα στις διακοπες δε σε ενδιαφερει και τοσο αυτο. Καποια μικροπροβληματακια γρηγορα διορθωθηκαν με τη βοηθεια της Χριστινας. Περασαμε ομορφα και θα ξαναπροτιμουσαμε το σπιτι αν ξαναπηγαιναμε στην Ανδρο. Σας ευχαριστουμε!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this villa was something special. The architecture is stunning—modern yet warm, with every detail carefully considered. Expansive glass doors blur the line between indoors and out.The centerpiece, though, is undeniably the infinity pool. It offers an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Amazing sunset. Nice outdoor furniture. The interior design complements the setting perfectly: minimalist yet luxurious and an earthy palette. The bedrooms have own bathrooms and most of them also doors to the garden. Ideal for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and a bit of architectural inspiration. Location-wise, it's equally exceptional. A short walk brings you to a beautiful beach (5 min). In the other direction you find lively fishing village, home to about 20 traditional tavernas. Great thanks also to Sonia (taking care of the house) for all good recommendations and for helping us with rening motorbikes.

La casa es totalmente nueva tal y como se ve en las fotos, cómoda y la limpieza es diaria. Las Vistas son increíbles y la zona de la piscina súper tranquila y relajante. Los anfitriones son los encantadores padres de Vasilis súper amables y detallistas, cada día te dejan bizcochos y dulces para el desayuno o algún picoteo cocinado por la señora Irene, la hospitalidad griega en estado puro!

The villa is very comfortable, well maintained and stocked, stylishly decorated and very clean. Its positioning and view above the sea makes it a stunning location and idyllic for a relaxing, and peaceful holiday. The pool is a good size and beautiful, with lots of seats and loungers, and shade if wanted. Although it’s shared, we had it to ourselves most days. The nearest beaches are lovely and there are local restaurants, a mini supermarket and good bakery too. You do need a car, both for the steep incline to the villa and to access the many lovely beaches around the island. Andros is a beautiful choice of Greek island for those wanting peace and tranquility. The wind kept the heat feeling manageable. Lia and her husband were both very welcoming and friendly and made an extra effort for us to check in a bit early which was helpful. They were on hand with advice whenever needed.thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This is a beautiful location with fabulous views and a wonderful outdoor grill and reading area adjacent to the pool complete with bathroom and dining table and dishes and utensils. The only negative for us is the distance from Andros/Chora, as the 30 minute winding narrow roads with steep dropoffs and little room for two lanes of cars. The drive was very stressful for us. We had a wonderful time and it was a beautiful setting. The hosts were extremely responsive, helping us find the place, and providing instructions to the washer and dishwasher.

Μόνο καλά λόγια έχω! Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλική, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη. Την περιοχή τη γνώριζα κι από πριν, καθώς δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που πηγαίνω, αλλά πρώτη φορά στο συγκεκριμμένο κατάλυμα και έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος. Μπράβο!

We werden zeer goed ontvangen! Een warm onthaal. We kregen ook goede tips mee. Prachtig zicht. Hele leuke ligging, heel proper en gezellige plek en onze gastvrouwen waren uiterst vriendelijk. Een aanrader!

This place is a “you have to see it to believe it” location. Never have I ever felt more at home in the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. The villa has such an incredible blend of rustic with modern amenities. I hope I am lucky to return back to this place one day.

Ich kann mich den vielen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage bei Iliana. Besonders hat uns der nur 2 minütige Weg zum Kolona Beach gefallen. Der Stand ist super sauber und schön ruhig mit nur 10 Sonnenschirmen. Wenn wir Hunger bekamen (oder mal auf Toilette mussten 😄)bin ich kurz in die Wohnung gegangen und habe etwas zu essen gemacht. Die Wohnung liegt auch sehr ruhig, obwohl sie an einer Straße liegt. Aber es fahren nur wenige Autos. Nachts kann man ungestört schlafen und hört absolut nichts. Abends war es schön auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, noch ganz leise die Musik von der Beach Bar oder aus den Restaurants zu hören und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Für mich war das Highlight die Außendusche! Man kann sie nicht einsehen, also ungestört unter freiem Himmel duschen. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub!

Η διαμονή μας ηταν τέλεια!! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν στο κέντρο του Μπατσίου! Πολύ καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο! Η Νικολεττα ήταν άψογη οικοδέσποινα και πρόθυμη να σε βοηθήσει και να σου παρέχει όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι!! Το προτείνω!

Our family had a lovely time at Eleni’s space. The apartment was spacious (for Cyclades standards) and Batsi is a nice space to stay in Andros. Eleni gave a few nice recommendations (beaches, restaurants, … ), which we really appreciated. I’m happy to recommend the apartment!
