The apartment was lovely and well presented and in a perfect location to access the beach and the old town with its pedestrianised area of many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The outside area was great for eating or relaxing and has a sea view. The host was very friendly and happy to provide recommendations. Natasha

We had a great time. George is very sympathetic and caring. He furnished the apartment with great care so that everything was right. For example, George planted fresh herbs at the entrance, so we had delicious mint tea. There were many cleaning products present, a wonderful bed with a view of the sea, an air fryer, microwave, cold water and soft drinks in the fridge, etc. Too much to mention. George responded immediately to messages and was often at the door within a few minutes to give explanations. Very proactive and involved. He actively asks for feedback and strives for improvement. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view, and you only have to cross the (quiet) road to be on the beach. The bay is shallow, so the water warms up quickly. George has a bar downstairs in the same building with his son. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly. We liked this to get something out of it. It wasn't too noisy.

Absolutely perfect hosts always responsive, proactive, friendly and super helpful. Very clear instructions to find the home and was delighted to find the table full of local produce, a bottle of wine bread and coffee. It’s the small touches that make the difference and feel right at home. The views from the house are amazing to be able to see the full moon rising above the surrounding hilltops is absolutely stunning. Will definitely recommend this home as a stunning place to enjoy the delights of Andros. Thank you Padelis and Olga for your hospitality.

This was a very calm, stylish and clean apartment, very easy to find and very close to the town. At night very quiet, the beds were comfy we slept really well. Also the apartment is sooo nice and cool, even though it was warm outside the apartment stayed cold inside. Incredible view from the balcony where we have sat for hours. Also Violetta and her mom Elena are a delight and always there when you need them. I highly recommend this place for a hiking vacation on Andros.

Riccardo is an awesome host and the basement of his little stone cottage built on and slightly into the slope of the hill must be the most beautiful Airbnb on the whole island. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean and peaceful place away from the touristy areas, this is absolutely it. We found the apartment to be even more beautiful and comfortable than the photos and descriptions promised it to be. Thanks to the shutters and curtains, it’s relatively cool inside on hot days, so we slept really well. During your stay, make sure to drop by Riccardo’s pottery shop in the village – we highly recommend taking a class, it’s fun and relaxing at the same time and you’ll make some beautiful souvenirs by hand! Also, Riccardo is well connected with the locals and knows the best beaches, hiking trails and restaurants. His recommendations will help you discover the authentic Andros. To get close to some beaches, you may need to rent a 4x4, though. ;) Enjoy your stay and give Reshi a pet from us!

Thyme house is a little piece of heaven, beautiful home with everything you need and more. Very off the beaten track, a car is recommended , but once up the challenging ( but manageable) drive you are in another world. The quiet will astound and captivate you in equal measure, the view never bores and is an ever changing vista of nature and wild beauty. If you want a real get away from the stresses of life then this place is perfect. We were here out of ‘season’ so less ‘things’ were open but this only added to the allure; peace, quiet and relaxing in a real haven. Fellos beach is beautiful and you could walk to it if you were so inclined- we weren’t! Although we did have a swim which was bracing and invigorating. Malamati is responsive and helpful and Katerina is lovely - thank you .

Eugenia and Lorenzo’s house is a real paradise, totally peaceful as well as cosy and comfortable. We spent three very happy days there, and could not have asked for a more perfect place. It is a real home, and has clearly been decorated with love and care - as another reviewer said, this house has soul! Eugenia gave us lots of wonderful tips for beaches and restaurants, all of which were great. We left Andros rested and with full hearts, already planning when we might be able to return. A wonderful place and an excellent host. The location on the beach, but just minutes from the village with restaurants and shops, was perfect. Highly recommended for a quiet relaxing holiday on beautiful Andros.

This a wonderful spot and very convenient accommodation, especially for a big family or group of friends as it sort of combines three separate houses with two bedrooms and separate bathrooms and kitchens each combined under one roof with common infrastructure like a pool, a few outdoor dining and chilling areas and a barbecue. This allows you to spend time together or enjoy your quiet time if required. Everything is organised great with all the required small things, high quality but with a traditional vide u look for when you hit a location like this. The house is very clean, neat and tidy, - it really felt like home. The view is magnificent even a bit further from the see and stores but is is 15’ drive everywhere at max which is ok. Internet connection was not perfect however it might have been because of extremely windy weather those days. The host however tried to do thei best and fix ut as much as possible. The host was great, very welcoming and responsive. Thank you!

We had a great time in a wonderful house. It is very privately located. Another house is located above it on the slope - but this was not occupied at the time of our trip. We traveled with six people and had a total of four double rooms and three bathrooms available. One of them is on the first floor. On the first floor, the layout is extremely spacious with a very well-equipped and functional kitchen. The house has a magnificent terrace, a wonderful garden and a magnificent swimming pool. It was pleasantly fresh, but not too cold. Everything makes a very neat and sparkling clean impression. We were in constant contact with the landlady and she always responded very helpfully to any questions within minutes. There are beautiful beaches nearby and good restaurants to discover on the island. Here, too, the tips were really valuable. Ideally, you need a rental car. In short, really great!

The house is very beautiful, located in the hills above Gavrio, overlooking both the harbor and west (beautiful sunsets!). New, well maintained, well furnished and with comfortable spaces for six people: a little sacrificed the single room for the seventh place, a little small and without a closet. Great host support, quick responses, and always very helpful. In the middle of the stay they provided a change of sheets and towels and at the end of the stay they gave immediate and effective assistance for an inconvenience to our friends who were guests with us in the house. Thanks in particular to Dionysis, very kind! We had a great time! We recommend it!

There was more going on on the island than expected, for 10 people you have to reserve a tavern in Batsi and self-contained beaches in the west are quite crowded, only in the south east it gets quieter. There is also relatively a lot of traffic to the house, because you can hear something. (in addition to the noisy beach music). The house itself is perfect, fantastic views, a very large outdoor area, tasteful furnishings and from the beds to the seating ideal for 10 people. Alexander is very responsive and very helpful. Nine minutes steeply down on foot is a beautiful beach and a nice tavern.

Everything was perfect. Spyros the host was very, very good. Help us to find great restaurants and places to visit. You've been a great help. Stunning view, beach just a few meters from the house. Everything is very clean. And very quiet. Unfortunately, something was missing in the house to complete the Culinary perfection. They felt The waves of the sea in the evening... there is a supermarket at the end of the street... Gavrio port is a bit desolate and there are no interesting taverns. In Batsi, there are fantastic taverns, although many were still closed. Andros chora is very picturesque. 3/4 days is more than enough to visit the island. Lots of greenery and beautiful beaches...

That was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. Nektarios and his family are the perfect hosts - they were able to help us with everything (we had a small car problem), gave great tips and were consistently super nice and hospitable. The house is fantastic. You look at the bay and at the same time you are in a small sweet mountain village madness! The house is totally tasteful from the inside, super clean and perfectly furnished. We'll be back !

The Nest … how do you say it changed your life? a place a destination…my husband and I and his uncle and aunt spent only two days in the most beautiful place in the world. We had a personal tour of the town from a person who lived here all her life she treated us like family, so I have gained a new friend. I hope you come here and enjoy a peaceful place with views that change hourly. It is important to make and meet new friends. I now have one in Andos. Thank you, Natasa

My children and I had a really wonderful week at Lyam's beautiful accommodation. It is not often that somewhere not only meets, but exceeds, your expectations. My son summed it up when he said 'this is the most beautiful place that you have ever taken us'! The views were stunning, super relaxed and everything that you need. Jason the property manager was brilliant, endlessly helpful, kind and gave great recommendations on beaches and restaurants. A beautiful place on a wonderful island - thank you so much Lyam!

Mary's place is in the perfect location in Batsi and is exactly like it appears in the photos. The hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. One minor issue to mention is that the showers are quite temperamental. Not a big issue for adults, but can be challenging when trying to wash small kids. The outdoor shower is fabulous though! I would highly recommend this house!!

This place is a “you have to see it to believe it” location. Never have I ever felt more at home in the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. The villa has such an incredible blend of rustic with modern amenities. I hope I am lucky to return back to this place one day.

Sandra's house offers you a Greek experience on one of the most beautiful and authentic islands in Greece. Far from the crowds and with multiple beaches and taverns within walking distance. It is a personal home where the owner has taken care of every last detail. Highly recommended to deepen your knowledge of authentic Greece. We'll be back for sure

The apartment is recommended. Within walking distance you are in the center of Batsi. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the bay. Michael was very attentive and communication went smoothly. I would book the place again.
