We had a wonderful one-week stay at Khati’s place in Tbilisi! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated just like in the photos. The kitchen was a real highlight: huge, well-equipped, and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. There were plenty of utensils, pots, and everything else we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with a lovely yard that’s perfect for pets. Bonnie, the yard dog, was such a sweet companion and made the place feel even more welcoming. The overall vibe of the home was cozy and aesthetic, and we felt comfortable right away. A few small things could be improved — better ventilation, newer AC and TV, and we really missed having a full-length mirror. A bit more lighting and some basic cleaning supplies would’ve been nice too. But these were minor compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. Would happily stay again!

The apartment fully corresponds to the description, clean, cozy and with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hostess of the apartment was always in touch. Wi-Fi is stable, the equipment works without failures. A great option for both a short trip and a longer one. A lovely little apartment for staying in Tbilisi. It's clean and has everything you need. Very close to many shops and restaurants. The host family is so kind and welcoming! I really enjoyed my stay there.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Absolutely amazing hosts and lovely place, location is very good, in heart of old town, you can walk to many places and not using transport. Perfect stay for a few days in Tbilisi!

Very nice apartment. Our apartment was exactly what was described. It was clean and Mari was a great host. Very responsive and helped with any queries I had. Location was perfect and access to lots of walkable surroundings. Great view also. Will look forward to booking again!

I really liked the accommodation. Very clean, there is everything you need for living. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The street is quiet, near the metro, bus stop. Maya solves all issues promptly. If I'm in Tbilisi, I'll stay in this house. I recommend it.

Thank you! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay — from a hairdryer to a washing machine. We arrived before 2 PM, but we were allowed to leave our luggage earlier, which we really appreciated. Thank you to the host for being accommodating. The host responded quickly to all our questions. The apartment was very cozy. The location is very convenient — just 3 minutes from the main street, yet in a quiet area. We were very satisfied with our stay.

We had a amazing time - a great city this was a fantastic base to explore the city and all it offers
