Villa holiday rentals in Mtwapa

Great place for a small work team/family. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to amenities (Nyali Center). Not too far from airport/SGR. He’s very responsive and accommodating. It’s an old house so manage expectations but it’s quite good overall. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home to enjoy an holiday on the coast with family or friends. met all my expectations and very responsive caretaker when we had some special requests for a grill or large pots to cook some stews in. Must be the best home I have stayed in on my Mombasa visits over the past 20 years.

David was a great host, always checked in on me and made me feel comfortable. The house is clean, and the appliances all work. It is in a beautiful private gated community with security on every corner. (Not that it’s needed) you feel very safe here. Neighbours are nice and welcoming and the wifi is strong. I would have loved to stay extra days but it was booked up. I will be returning to stay at his place once I return to Mombassa. He is only a call away and easily available. Spectacular host!

I rented Pattie’s Airbnb for a surprise party for my girlfriend, her place was beautiful, and she had maids there to assist us in anyway. Patty was very responsive and texted me back within minutes. If you’re looking for a place to stay look no further. I’m happy with my stay and will definitely book Pattie’s place again in the future

Would I recommend someone it's a big yes. Mary's home is a place you stay and feel it's home away from home. She has experience and helpful staff. House is so clean. The pool is clean too and beautiful. We had no complain from the day we got in to the day we left. This home is beautiful and Mary and her staff are great host.

Tony an amazing host, the place was amazing and the swimming pool. If going back to Mombasa definitely checking with them first. I highly recommend 👍 five stars!!!

The house/compound was difficult to find. Otherwise I was very satisfied with everything, there were problems with the water but we are in Africa/Kenya, so things can't always go perfectly. I'll book again next time.

I loved my stay. it was such a quiet and calmn and peaceful place. I enjoyed the swimming pool aloooot. iI could swim any time. My husband and I enjoyed our christmas!!

Very nice place within Vipingo Ridge near the club house. Expect to rent a car to move around the area and get to the beach Clean and spacious and an excellent pool. Some issues with locking the house and rooms, as well as additional costs expected for staff. Nonetheless, very much enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay The villa is as described in the photos and in fact better in real life due to lovely touches in the villa. The villa is new with all furnishings , utensils , cutlery of a very high standard . So much so that we tried to buy their rugs and blankets. The outdoor area is well equipped with sun beds, sofa, dinner table fans and the pool is good size ! All aircon and fans work very well which is a must in Diani. Air con in all rooms and in living area. We hired their chef - Siiraj who was very skilled and could make range of meals and was able to make chocolate cake for a birthday in our group. Was able to meet all our requests. The chef was also able to arrange fresh fish to be delivered to the villa. Not beachfront but beach is only a 2 mins away so easily accessible. Beds are comfortable and all 3 bedrooms of very good size. All staff on site - helpful and gets cleaned everyday. P.s. they provide filtered water too which was handy.

The villa is large and beautifully built and decorated. Looks exactly like the pictures. Thomas was extremely accommodating of us - a larger than average group and we had the most wonderful time. Thank you for accommodating some of our more particular requirements. It made the space that much more enjoyable. The chef’s team Duncan, Brighton and Morgan were amazing - every meal was delicious. Grace and the housekeeping team kept the place meticulous. Overall one of my favourite holiday spaces so far!

Come for the views, stay for the food! What a beautiful spot with tons of space to spread out. The house and grounds were gorgeous, located on a pristine beach, yet relatively private. The staff were all super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Pool was refreshing, yet surprisingly deep. Chef Nixon made us amazing seafood dishes all week. Only draw back was the lack of A/C in the bedrooms, which most comparably priced stays offer in the area. Check out the kite surfing, SUP, and kayaking rentals right next store. During low tide, head straight out half a mile to the sandbar and enjoy hunting for starfish!

Wonderful place to stay right on the beach. There are 2 separate houses in one compound. Connected by a private drive that is patroled and manned by security. Full house staff included minus the chef. Jacinda was able to set us up with a chef and staff to help prepare meals for our large group of 16. We rented both homes which worked great for our large family. The beach is pristine and has plenty to do with camel rides and kiteboarding right in front of the house. I would highly recommend this property.

We had an absolutely peaceful and fun stay at Villa E'mocean! The house is stunning and well laid out. The bedrooms are spacious and the living areas are very open. The salt water pool is perfect for little ones to play in and has a perfect lap lane for those that want to really swim. The best part was the amazing staff that took great care of us from Chef Bony cooking meals just for us to Marita and Euralia keeping everything clean and organized. We are so glad we came and we hope to visit again!

Araliya House is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay as an extended family, enjoying the pool, afternoon tea over the ocean, cocktails on the roof and dinner under the beautiful lights in the tree. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Excellent house for big family or group or friends. Really kids friendly. Big pool and right to the beach. The Chef can do better but he was willing to learn.

Very warm accommodating staff. Everything is sparkling clean and you feel very comfortable and protected. I look forward to coming back.

The pictures do not do the Villa justice. Its beautiful inside, well set out with large spacious rooms with tranquil outdoors due to the greenery planted. The host was very responsive and responded promptly to our queries and even came out to meet us on arrival. The villa has cleaning staff onsite and a chef upon request who are so friendly and willing to meet your needs. Which meant our beds were made daily and our meals cooked which was handy to have a meal ready on our arrival day as we were tired from the journey. The swimming pool offers an option to spend time outside especially with kids. The only negative is that my holiday came to an end before i got to try all the other Swahili meals that the chef said she can cook. That means I will have to return soon to enjoy it all again and book longer than the 4 nights I had. If you are considering booking this Villa, go for it. Treat yourself to this slice of hidden gem tucked away in Mtwapa.

this is the second time I have stayed here. this place seriously is the best place I've ever stayed at. if you looking for 5 star hotel. you won't get that here. but. the service. private salt water pool the location seriously right in the beach you can't beat. Hamisi is the absolute best. if you need anything. he is just a call away and will take care of you. this is absolutely the best place I have stayed around the world. the hospitality and location and view are to die for. again thank you to to everyone for always making sure I am taken care of. especially asninwas looking for a house to buy.

Very nice location, safe and clean. House size good, with space for car on driveway, and all required items in all rooms. Small supermarkets and swimming pool within the gated community. Easy access to Mtwapa and Kilifi and Malindi, with City Mall a short drive away.

if you want peace and relaxation, or comfort and fun. this is the place. this place is secluded end quiet. most of all it feels like home. the pool is wonderful and extremely clean and well maintained. the house is beautiful and stylish. the Furnishings are nice especially by the pool. there's 24 hours security. and Joel is very to communicate with and pretty much all Needs were met without fuss. I love this place and I'm glad we stay here.

Best location for people who love the Indian Ocean and want to get away from mass tourism. Beautiful place with friendly staff. Nice pool. Too bad there were no mosquito nets and that the WIFI did not work properly. The generator was helpful during a power cut. We experienced the release of 90 baby turtles into the sea, wonderful! The location and spaciousness of the place are it’s biggest bonus. We were sorry to leave :).

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The interior, the beds, the kitchen was amazing. What you see is what you get. It was so homely, comfortable and peaceful. We honestly spent a few nights on that comfortable carpet. 🫢 It was super super clean. Would highly recommend whether you’re traveling as a family or a group of friends. Thank you for hosting us. We will definitely come back. 10/10
