It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

Great place good for remote work and visiting Chiangmai. Clean.

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

Super logement, Très bien situé, piscine en roof top incroyable, Lucia Chu est réactive pour répondre à vos questions. Par contre logement idéal pour 4 voyageurs et non 5. Absence d’un cinquième couchage et une seule clé pour tous. Mais je recommande tout de même

객실이 대로변과 떨어져 있어 조용한 휴식이 가능합니다. 볼트는 호출 하면 5분이내에 무조건 오고 80바트 이내에서 시내 어디든 갈 수 있는 위치입니다. 그리고 그랩배달도 금방 잘 받을 수 있어요. 현관문 틈새를 추가로 봉인하여 해충이 없습니다. 엘리베이터와 기가막힌 옥상 수영장 사용에도 문제가 없었으며, 이 가격에서는 사실상 최고의 숙소라고 볼 수 있습니다.

It was just so aesthetic, perfect for girls & couples. The bathroom was spacious & clean. All the kitchen equipments were right there. As I am a pure vegetarian, I had to make everything at home. Got everything I needed. Everything was perfect. The pool was so long & scenic, a perfect place to relax & see the sunset. Would just recommend to have an option to change towels & provide water for everyday because all the airbnb’s I went in bali & thailand had this option. The balcony wad perfect too. Loved the place, would definitely come again & recommend my friends too.

It's a beautiful home with nature surrounding you. The owners are very helpful and kind and live right beside. Keep in mind that the place is quite away from the city, cafes, shops, etc. There is no driver coming to pick up but they can drop food from apps. You can rent a scooter from the owner to make it easier but it still takes time to go to the city. If you're okay with all of that, then this place is absolutely amazing!

A perfect accommodation for vacation. There are swimming pool and full options kitchen. The place is very neat and comfortable. Location nearby CMU and Marin market which is so convinient to travel. I wouldv love to visit again!

这是一个非常棒的房子，有一个漂亮整洁绿意盎然的院子，周围安静，早上只有鸟儿的鸣叫。房屋内干净整洁，跟图片一模一样，生活用品非常齐全，还有很多有趣的书，可惜没什么时间看。 非常感谢Jesper的热情介绍，他是一个非常棒的房东，友善热情，我们能感觉到他在非常认真的对待这个事情，也尽力想帮助旅行者。每次响应也很及时。 房子周围有咖啡馆和餐厅，步行就可以到达，周围有非常多的景点，我们住了四天感觉安排不过来。 房屋的管家总是安安静静的做完所有的事情，感觉她毫无存在感却又完成了所有工作。 住在这里晚上的时候可以坐在楼顶的露台看星星，早上可以看到连绵的群山。如果下次来我还会住在这里，而且我会向朋友们推荐这里。

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! A Dream Getaway! This place was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The peaceful surroundings, spacious layout, and the lovely creek by the house created the perfect retreat atmosphere. The large living room and cozy study room really added a premium touch, providing space for everyone to unwind or get some quiet time The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. The big kitchen was perfect for our family stay, and the on-site help was a definite bonus. It was the best family vacation we’ve had in years—relaxing, recharging, and full of great memories. We’d absolutely love to come back!

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

It feels just like home 😌 See my previous reviews for details - but you will not find a more welcoming host, a more comfortable spot or a better value in Chiang Mai! 10/10 - can't wait to be back again.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Great place for a quick stay in Chiang Mai, amenities were amazing

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

It was my first time using Airbnb, and my one-month stay at Dcondo Ping was a truly pleasant experience. Everything met my expectations. The condo facilities — including the gym, swimming pool, and library — were excellent and easy to access. I especially appreciated the high level of security and the overall maintenance of the property, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to Central Festival, Chiang Mai’s largest and most vibrant shopping mall. I enjoyed spending time there and found it convenient for both shopping and entertainment. Communication with the host was always smooth, and I truly appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail and care throughout my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai.
