Host was really nice & helpful, really easy going and over all a great guy. The room was what it looked liked in the photos. Would recommend this guesthouse to anybody that’s coming to Kanchanaburi.

Place was nice and clean. Had everything you needed. Staff were very friendly, and always willing to help.

Chez Bure was comfortable and inviting, there were so many added touches that made us feel welcome. Every day there are freshly baked goods available in reception, including some delicious cookies I’ll be thinking about until I can return, and sandwiches, boxes of fruit, fresh Thai tea, bottles of water etc all completely FREE of charge. I was blown away by this act of hospitality. Not only that, the cleaning staff were so meticulous. There were a few days we chose not to have the place turned down and they would always approach us the day after, eager to freshen everything up. They replaced all the water in the fridge and provided extra toilet rolls and shower gels/shampoos. The service was impeccable and all the staff were so polite. I cannot sing the praises of this place enough! Area is walkable with Grab readily available. We struggled on check out day to find a taxi as it was very early (7am) and Manee saved us. We can’t wait to return and look forward to our next visit.

Great place to stay! My usual hotel was sold out this year, so I decided to stay at The Bridge, and I’m very happy I did. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, providing local recommendations and demonstrating excellent communication skills. The hotel also has a great restaurant with quality food and a very relaxing outdoor seating area and bar. Only problem with this hotel was the gymnasium, the equipment is broken and not able to be used. Apartment from that, i will definitely return to this hotel for future trips.

This is a great location to spend a few days in this area. The Resort staff are helpful and very friendly. The views from the property overlooking the river was stunning, especially at sunset.

It was a great experience at campster! Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean with fresh sheets. The food was amazing. The campster offered plenty of activities to keep entertained. I highly recommend campster.

Spacious, well-designed and maintained, no hot tub, far from the center, reasonable for the price but not worth it

I picked this place 'cause it looked like a train, so I wasn't expecting much comfort. But when I got there, it was like a first-class train with all the bells and whistles! Comfy bed, clean bathroom, quiet at night. I could just lie in front of the room, stargaze, and breathe in the fresh air. And in the morning, I could cook the food they provided and enjoy a nice breakfast with a mountain view. Only downside was that there weren't enough holiday. Definitely coming back again!

This stay was a highlight of our Thailand trip. We can 100% recommend this hotel and the area Therefore, 3 nights also spontaneously became 5 nights. The hotel is super stylish, clean, quietly located in a side street yet close to great restaurant, cafes, and the River Kwai Bridge. The hotel supports excursions in national parks or other numerous excursion destinations in the area. It is very suitable for families. The amenities made our daughter's heart beat faster. A foosball, trampoline, climbing frame frame, swings, slides, great toys in the lobby and in the room and of course the pool with bath toys never let things get bored. The hospitality of the owner and staff is exceptional. Everyone was extremely attentive without being intrusive. We definitely want to come back!

The Modeva was a wonderful space! It was well-equipped and had all that we needed for a little getaway. The hotel has a lovely/cosy vibe and is very family friendly. There’s a great pool and peaceful gardens. The Modeva is situated quite close to the bridge over the River Kwai and a short drive into town. Overall a fantastic stay and will be back, when we’re next in Kanchanaburi.
