I really loved staying here. Felt just like home, with welcoming hosts next door. Everything is set up to stay long-term. The neighbourhood is very quiet, wonderful sounds of crickets and birds, like being in nature but only 10/15mins from old city. Easy to get a grab bike/taxi, but even easier to hire a scooter, which can be delivered and picked-up charge free . Highly recommended

The location was perfect — tucked away in a quiet alley, yet only a short walk from all the amazing temples, cafes, and night markets. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and little touches like fresh bottled water and local recommendations. Our host was super responsive and friendly, offering great tips for exploring the Old City and arranging airport pickup. Waking up to birdsong and having coffee on the balcony made our mornings feel magical. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Chiang Mai and want a peaceful, authentic experience with all the modern comforts. We’ll definitely be back!

Close to Ningman Road, there is everything to eat, drink and have fun.The homestay is very beautiful, and there is a game room and a video room. If it wasn't for the bull and horse, I would be willing to stay here all the time

Beautiful property. We enjoyed our 2 week stay.

This place is flawless. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room, a beautiful kitchen, a pleasant bedroom, and two bathrooms. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The swimming pool is spacious enough for playing in the water, and there are plenty of tubes. There is a convenience store right in front, and everything is cleaned neatly after going out. I will definitely come back here next time.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. We spent a month at this condo and never regretted our choice. The host made things easy for us and responded quickly when we needed him. The location was terrific. It was within walking distance of a huge mall and a 15-minute ride to the Night Market. The pool was huge and we always felt safe. We would highly recommend this place!

Cozy and clean apartment. We stayed in it for a month and I can say that it was very comfortable and peaceful to live in these apartments. The path to the shopping center leads through the construction site, but this is not a problem at all! Very quick and convenient to get to. Inside there was everything you needed for the bathroom and kitchen, very thoughtful. Thank you very much! Good apartment complex and good apartments, I recommend!

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Very friendly host and recommended some places for dinner places with nice views on request. Places is very accessible and easy to go around. Private and no noise disturbance. Recommended

The apartment was absolutely perfect. The location was so ideal to reach anywhere you’d like to go in Chang Mai, and the surrounding shops and food spots were also amazing. The apartment itself was spotless, and incredibly relaxing to stay in. The host made sure everything we would need for our stay was available, and the instructions were made very clear. It was spacious, comfortable, and had all the facilities you could need. We definitely would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Chang Mai.

I am very happy with our stay. Wonderful apartment, lovely rooftop bar and good gym. Very good location of the apartment. Golf was an excellent host and always helped us, we got to check in early and check out late with just a small fee. Would stay here again!

The room was very clean, and I had a comfy stay there. The location is great, there’s a 7-Eleven and McDonald’s right across the street, and it’s within walking distance to the Night Bazaar.

Noey and the team are always always Great. The location is perfect and is probably one of the largest 1 bedrooms in Nimman. Perfect view of mountain. I will stay here again.

I have stayed at various Airbnb places in Chiang Mai since 2022. With no though that Aon's condo was the ultimate Airbag experience for me in Chiang Mai. I was so impressed with every fine details that she placed at the condo, including the clean wine glasses, cookware, utensils, soft bed, ahd soaking bathtub. She even installed a safety net to prevent the accident on the balcony. I have a shower water filter to remove the harmful ingredients from tap water in my house. You will find it here too. The ultimate Aurbnb experience and better than most five star hotel experience in Chiang Mai.
