The location of the house is very close to the airport, and it is very easy to get to various bays by car. There are a lot of stairs when entering the house, but it was not a problem for us. The house was spotless, all the small and large appliances you may need are available in the house. (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, iron, kettle, broom, hair dryer). Mr. Kemal's communication and location were also very good. When he found the location of the house, he gave us information about the surrounding bays. She was extremely caring and solving in the slightest problem. If we go to Dalaman again, it will definitely be the first address we will look at 👍🏽

Very nice and always available host. Mr. Cem has taken great care of our well-being. We felt like at home. We didn't mind the airplane noise from the airport next to it, was even rather interesting. The equipment of the apartment is new and nothing is superfluous. Would anyone who doesn't feel left out of the aircraft noise (when windows and doors are closed) would recommend the apartment. We stayed at the apartment for a week with about two daughters who loved the pool. Pool is nicely maintained and shared with a few apartments. Neighbours were very friendly. The apartment is in a good quiet location but close to amenities and easy to drive into Ölüdeniz for excursions.

The house is extremely comfortable, convenient and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need. The surroundings are calm and clean and tidy. Very close to the beach. But since there is no public beach, it is necessary to use a hotel or private beach. Young children can also be comfortable. I'll recommend it to anyone.

Cengiz is a wonderful and down-to-earth host. He personally welcomed us, explained everything in the house, and made sure we were comfortable. He kindly picked us up from Fethiye bus station and even offered a ride to the airport. The house was impeccably clean, spacious enough for three people, and featured a swimming pool and a play area for kids, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I think it's a price-performance hotel. Perfect for those who want to rent an apartment. We had a holiday with the taste of a hotel. Seafront and with a pool. The pool is very hygienic. Especially the facility manager Mr. Kaan and his team are very tolerant and kind people. I recommend it.

Everything was very nice. Ms. Rabia and her esteemed wife were very interested in us. Everything is spotless, exactly what you see in the photo. You can go without a doubt.

Lovely Place, just what you need for a stay in Bodrum. It‘s a walkable distance from the water. Serra was super responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

I highly recommend it to everyone, incredibly beautiful, cozy apartment, the hosts of this apartment are just a separate topic, they became family after a couple of minutes, helped with the taxi call, fed breakfast. If I could give more than 5 that would be 100.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the host - Ms. Müjgan. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and the host graciously allowed me to stay later without any additional charge, which was a huge relief. This kind of flexibility and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect location, excellent communication, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

I loved a very peaceful home! The view and garden are nicer than the photos. Very right choice if you are looking for calm. I stayed alone, but 2-3 people can easily stay in the house and it was immaculately clean, the newly painted kitchen is quite large and if you want to cook, you can easily do it. The bedroom is big and comfortable, there is a 3 door closet. There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The internet speed is very good, like me for those who work from home. I see this as an advantage, but I would still like to point out that there are many stairs for transportation to the house, you do your daily sports ☺️ The house is a must on top of a hill and there is a Migros, bakery, diner, hairdresser 1 minute away by car. 7 minutes to Gümüşlük by car, 12 minutes to Yalikavak marina, 35 minutes to the center. Zoe is a really interested host, although she was not here, everything was very well taken care of, everything was perfect, and Mr. Zafer came when I needed everything, thank you very much, if I come back to the basement, she will definitely stay at Zoe's house 🙏🏼 again

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

Meric was a lovely host and the location of the apartment couldn't have been better - just steps away from a common pool and the beach, as well as a short walk to Calis boardwalk, where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. We had a lovely and relaxing stay, with lots of room for the whole family.

Cengizahn is a great host, great communication and went out his way to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Apartment in a peaceful location, only a short walk from bars and restaurants. Well furnished and modern. Great pool. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The beach is a 20 min walk and the airport is a 10 min taxi ride away. I stayed for one night for a long layover and enjoyed the pool
