Eser’s Hotel is in a fantastic central location—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still quiet enough to relax. You really can’t beat it for convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available if anything was needed. The atmosphere is cosy and laid-back, with clean and comfortable rooms, that make you feel right at home. Considering the budget, it’s excellent value for money—great quality without overpaying. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in the heart of Ölüdeniz.

We would give this place 10 stars if we could. We were absolutely blown away by the beautiful surroundings, the elegant decor, the large suites, the HUGE and fresh daily breakfast, and the wonderful people. The owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special. We cannot wait until we have the opportunity to stay here again.

He went above and beyond for us and helped determine the best means of a day trip to Ephesus. He arranged early taxi pickup and really went out of his way to make us feel as though we were his only guest. Thank you!

Apartment in a great location overlooking the marina of Bodrum. in 15 minutes on foot you can reach the organized beach of Gumbet, in another 15 minutes you can reach the beautiful marina of Bodrum. 10 minutes on foot to the first supermarket. Good cleanliness of the apartment, which is even better than the photos!!!

Basic but delightful, clean and welcoming place. Rooms are simple but beautiful, and the garden is amazing. Very helpful staff and lovely breakfast. The hotel is situated in the city centre and near everything, but quiet and peaceful. We’d love to come back!

Great stay at Ilknur house! She and her son Hassan are very nice and you feel like home. Room confortable as the pictures and nice breakfast in the terrasse with beautiful views :) thanks a lot!!

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Mehmet for his interest and welcome. It's really a perfect and quiet place in nature. It was great whether it was room cleaning, pool hot tub cleaning. The breakfast in the morning was nicer and cleaner than the mixed breakfast shops. The restaurant next to the business for dinner was really nice and convenient.

Mr. Kaan is very friendly and a very nice host. She helped us with everything from a boat tour to the beaches to go to. The hotel facilities were very good, you can sit and relax in the bar area and have a good time in the pool. If we come back, we would prefer the same place again with my wife, we were very satisfied with a full family hotel

This place by Ilya very well suited my family for the 4 days we were in Bodrum. The place was spacious and had a lovely view we enjoyed every morning and evening. The bathrooms are a little small so do be aware of that, but that wasn't a big bother for us. The host was very responsive to our requests for towels, extra pillows, and to replace a broken iron. I will say that the sofa was stained quite heavily and that parking isn't reserved for you, it's more like a first come first serve on the street but you will find a spot.

The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room were spotless. Even the floors on the balconies were sparkling. In other words, it is as if the apartment was cleaned just before we arrived. They also come and take care of it immediately in case of 🥹 need. The pool was always clean. We were able to rest our heads and it was in a central location. The location is very nice, you can walk to the beach very easily. Thank you for your interest, if we come to Marmaris again, you will be our choice again 😊

I want to start with the hotel receptionist, Dee was amazing and most helpful person that we met in Turkey. Helped us throughout and with everything that we needed to know. The hotel location was exceptional considering price and just 2 minutes away from Calis beach. Would recommend 100% for budget stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Datca. The location makes it so easy with the Old Town-Eski Datca- so close for such a great vibe and selection of food, bars and local shops. Ogul is super friendly and obviously enjoys having guests. As does his Dad who checked on us to see all was well 😁

Mr. Erdem is a great host. The location of the house is great within walking distance to many places.

Honestly to start with this was a beautiful stay with the windows open you can fell the breeze in the morning. It was surrounded by neighbours and you feel part of the community but still have your private space. I would honestly recommend this place 100% to anyone wanting to enjoy simplicity and beauty in its purest form.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The team went out of their way to help us and make us comfortable. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the location is unbeatable, especially with free car parking. But the real stand out is still the staff :) We wished we stayed longer, and will be thinking of this special place for a long time!

Ms. Dilek is a wonderful host, we loved our room, we were able to contact Ms. Dilek instantly for anything, she was very solution-oriented and positive, the location was great, if we come to Bodrum again, it is definitely the only address we will stay at:)
