Nestled in the exclusive area of Cairnside, this semi-detached house offers the perfect place to enjoy beautiful views of False Bay and is less than 5 mins from the local beach and tidal pool. One of our favourite past times is watching the water activities from the sheltered deck. Whale spotting, kite surfers jumping in the bay, sailing regattas and flocks of birds migrating along the coast. The sun rises across this side of the bay, if you're up early you'll be mesmerised by the view.

The Studio at the Stone House is a self-catering cottage, just 200m from the beach. It's tucked away behind one of Muizenberg's oldest houses (dating 1901) on a quiet road in the village. The studio is light and modern, especially equipped for your comfort and convenience. It's best feature is probably the large wind-free private patio for outdoor lounging and alfresco dining. We have beautiful views over the water and of the Muizenberg Mountains. Surfers Corner Muizenberg is less than 5 mins drive away. We have SOLAR - so weather permitting, no load shedding issues affecting this home! Solar-heated pool, three sundecks and a terrace upstairs with lots of sunbeds, lounge furniture and a swing chair. Pedalo and SUP ready to be enjoyed on the marina. Weber gas grill on front patio.
