We've had a great BBQ party in the yard. The terrace on the third floor looks great, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The owners were very nice and helpful.

In short, this was the best property I’ve rented in Georgia. I highly recommend it. If I return, I would rent it again—once, twice, or even more.

We enjoyed morning coffee with serene surroundings and spent our days exploring beautiful landmarks just a short walk away. The atmosphere of the place was warm and welcoming, and it felt like a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and make memories together. If you’re looking for a cozy, inviting stay with amazing hosts and a fantastic location, this place is a must. I can’t recommend it highly enough—already dreaming of coming back!

for a very cheap price the place is very good and neat. the place is near to a grocery store. A money exchange and a bank is near as well. the bus terminal which we didn't manage to try is also a 5-10mins walk. the place is also quiet and peaceful. all in all we have a great time staying. hope we can comeback again

This place is recommended. It is a quite comfortable room. Fully equipped with all amenities, hair dryer, washing machine, heater, microwave. Please drag your bags in. The view from the bedroom is very beautiful. The view of the snowy mountains. The wifi is fast for working. There is a supermarket below the building. Super responsive. Easy to get to the city. Not far from the city. Peaceful. The owner of the room is kind and easy to talk to. Recommended.

Amazing apartment with a great view. Everytning matched the photos, we've especially loved swing in front of a giant window and all the little designer details. Host was very responsive and helpful and we've enjoyed our stay here.

The house is very good and spacious. For 6 people is perfect. Very convenient to have 2 bathrooms. By taxi to the old city center less than 10 minutes. Nazifa is a very nice host. I allowed you to stay a couple of hours longer than the eviction policy. I was always in touch and responded quickly. Thank you so much.

Giorgi was a great host, very detailed, quick response and friendly. This place has all the amenities needed for a comfortable 10 day stay. Local grocery stores and restaurants walkable as well as downtown short bolt or bus ride away. The place is well decorated and clean.
