Gönguleiðir. Af og til eru hreindýr á svæðinu og selir liggja gjarnan á steinum við fjöruborðið. Við rétt skilyrði yfir vetrartímann birtast norðurljósin, oftast græn en stundum rauð. Sólarupprásin getur verið mjög falleg.
