Beachfront holiday rental in Mulazzo

The place is very nice, clean, and overlooks the sea. It is located right in the center of Portovenere, which makes it exceptional to visit, through the ferries, Le Cinque Terre and the surrounding islands. Friendly and friendly host. Recommended accommodation, would be happy to come back! 😊

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Giacomino was so friendly and met us in the square to show us our way to the place. He gave local recommendations and even shared some fresh lemons from his tree! The place is much better than the pictures show and in an amazing location. Would 100% stay here again.

Excellent welcome, always responsive. We enjoyed the accommodation with the view of the Apuan Alps mountain. Quiet and close to amenities and the sea. Train station too, but you need a car. We were in WE for the 5 lands: magnificent!

We loved Enrico’s place and are very happy we chose to stay in Corniglia. We were met at the shuttle, and the guys helped us with our bags to the room. The view is beautiful… The perfect way to spend the morning and evening.

We liked Lorenzo's apartment very much. We felt right at home. The small kitchen in the cabinet is super practical and excellently equipped. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the sea. Lorenzo always responded quickly and was super helpful and nice. Would come back anytime.

The room is very spacious and bright, with stunning sea views right outside the window. It is within walking distance of seaside attractions, and supermarkets and restaurants are readily available.

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

This is an amazing place- great location right next to a beautiful sandy beach, with own shaded space reserved. The pool was also lovely and facilities great. Pietro was always on hand to help us and answer any enquiries. He kindly booked us taxis and was always very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Good accomodation close to Cinque Terre.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

The location and view were absolutely spectacular! Having a balcony to enjoy the waves & beauty was such a pleasure. The apartment had a sitting area, kitchen & 2 bathrooms. Hanging space in the closets was a bit tricky as the hanging racks were well about a persons head & the apparatus to assist us a bit clumsy to use. The welcome goodies were very much appreciated! Laura’s place is a little sanctuary with the best view of Monterosso!

What a view! Out of all the places we stayed during our trip to Italy, this apartment had by far our favorite view from inside the room. The two enormous windows overlooking the water took our breath away every single time we looked out. We loved eating dinner in the kitchen or sipping coffee on the balcony while watching the water. The apartment was pretty well-equipped, and we cooked several nights. We had to get creative with some of the cooking utensils, but overall things worked well! The A/C units took a minute to figure out but worked great once we did. The location is perfect—right at the start of the trail to Monterosso (we walked it a few mornings and the views were stunning!). One thing to note: Vernazza has the smallest grocery store of the Cinque Terre towns, and it often ran out of items or closed early. If you plan to cook, shop in other towns during the day. Still, this was one of our favorite stays—peaceful, scenic, and absolutely unforgettable. We’d love to come back!

Great Location! right in the middle of everything, close to the train station, close to nice restaurants, nice views from the patio, we really don't think we could have found a better place. This was just perfect! Andrea was a great host, we would see him around town from time to time, he communicated extremely well. We stayed 5 nights and slept with the windows open and could hear the ocean waves at night. We hope to return as there is still so much to see in this area! If we do we will stay here! One of the best AirBnB’s we have stayed at! Perfect location steps from the train station….could not be closer….but still quiet. Seemed like the only place in Cinque Terre that did not require many steps to reach (only 5 inside the building). Better than the photos. Large main bedroom. 2nd bedroom was set up as twins…we should have changed it for more room, but serviceable. Everything was clean and modern. Great kitchen and living/dining room area. Lots of time spent having cocktails on the small balcony right on the promenade, people watching and enjoying the perfect view.

We had an amazing stay here in Vernazza. Ettore’s mum met us at the accommodation which we loved. It had everything we needed and was a lovely space to be in. It was a newly renovated and very well appointed. It was very central to the town but a quiet and cool space to return to during the day if needed. Ettore was a friendly and responsive host who sent messages to check that everything was ok and let us know he was available to help out with any queries. We would highly recommend this for your stay in this beautiful town.

Amazing place to stay with the best views. The host was responsive, helpful and flexible. The apartment is gorgeous with natural cave in the bathroom a really unique spot. It’s right on the water the views were amazing.

Carlotta’s accomodation is by far the best Airbnb that we have ever stayed in. Not only is it in the most picturesque place, but it is the perfect location to enjoy some privacy, the marina and the gorgeous little town. Carlotta and her Dad looked after us incredibly well, gifting us with a bottle of Prosecco, homemade limoncello and the most delicious cannoli. We were so touched by their thoughtfulness. The accomodation is clean and fits the description perfectly. If you’re thinking about doing Cinque Terre this is absolutely the best pick of the accomodation. 10/10
