Welcome to our partially newly renovated villa in scenic Mullsjö. Within 10 minutes walk you can either take a swim in Mullsjön or go for a nice forest walk. Close to café, Ica and pharmacy. We have a nice terrace with outdoor kitchen, large dining table and a lounge area. There is also trampoline and swings as well as slide for the kids. Evening sun all until the sun sets on our balcony which also gives you a little glimpse of Mullsjön. In winter you are close to Mullsjö Alpin for skiing.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Här bor du i eget hus i lantlig miljö. Huset har generösa sällskapsytor och åtta sängplatser. I skogen, ca 500 meters promenad från huset, finns ett stort vindskydd med grillplats precis vid ån Tidan, fiskemöjligheter. Tätorten Mullsjö ligger 5 km bort, här finns livsmedelsbutiker, apotek och systembolag. Sveriges första/äldsta golfbana, Ryfors, ligger tre kilometer bort. Vintertid finns möjlighet till utförsåkning vid Mullsjö alpin, sju km bort.

Villa with two flats

The house is set up as two apartments with separate entrances. We primarily rent out the upper floor but upon agreement the lower floor can also be rented out. More guests are fine, but then you can bring a mattress and bed linen yourself Only 50 m down to the lake. 22 min by car or train to Jönköping The train station is about 15 minutes walk away (Note from 1/8 it will be lower level that is rented out, as the upper one will be rented out. Charming house with a view of nature right outside the door.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Bjurbäck is in a scenic area with nature reserves nearby, perfect for hiking, biking (mountain biking) and other outdoor activities. Several marked hiking trails in wonderful cultural landscapes and nature are nearby. In summer, you can swim in Nässjön, which is nearby. Golf course (Ryfors GK, 7 km). Mullsjö is 9 km away, where there is a health center, shops, etc. Bed linen and towels available to rent.

A view of the lake and a lovingly renovated farmhouse, that´s ment, if you mention the holiday home "SommarVinterparadis", 20 km east of the town Ulricehamn. You will live there in the middle of the beautiful nature of Västergötland (middle Sweden) and you have access to a large nice garden with view of the lake, where you also have a rowing boat available. Big apartment right by the lake

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.
