We had a fantastic experience staying at this beautiful home! From the start, the host was incredibly responsive and made sure all my questions were answered promptly. They were super friendly and welcoming. The house itself was amazing – spotless, spacious, and beautiful location. You could tell the host really cares about the space, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We will definitely be booking here again next time we are in town. I rented the villa for a group of 16 ladies for a golf getaway. The owners are excellent to communicate with and responded immediately to any questions or issues we had during and before our stay. The villa was spacious and well equipped with dishes ect to accommodate a large group. Beds comfortable. Unfortunately due to the weather the pool was not opened but some enjoyed the hot tub. Grounds looked like the would be very nice but again due to weather grounds we’re not manicured and grass has not been cut. Would definitely book again and hopefully next time enjoy the outdoor area. We really enjoyed our stay! The home was large and very clean, and in a great location for going to the spa and into the village.

We had a wonderful stay with a family of four including 18 year old teen boys and two dogs. The boys enjoyed the pool table and great tv's while my wife and I enjoyed the great walking and quiet surroundings. It was also easy to have our well trained dogs with us in this location which was wonderful. Thank you Brendan for the terrific stay and allowing us to change our reservation when our plans changed with ease.

We had an amazing experience. It’s a beautiful home with modern amenities and a beautiful outdoor area. We arrived in a cozy town with nearby restaurants and general store. It was a very clean and well prepped home. Our host was amazing. She was accommodating and very kind, always responsive and very welcoming. We highly recommend this stay. 10/10 experience.

We are extremely happy with our one week stay here while visiting family. The home was clean and well stocked, everything was exactly as described on the listing. The beds were super comfortable. Labeed was always prompt with his responses. No complaints at all about this place and we'd stay here again next time we are in Barrie!

Erics place was great for the weekend. Just outside of town to keep it a quiet place but close enough so you could go explore collingwood. Sauna is a great addition. Place was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

We were displaced by a fire and lucky to find this spot to call home until we found our forever home. Trudy and Ray were both friendly and supportive. Big backyard was nice for our little guy to play in, safe and quiet spot as well. Thank you for having us!

Quaint cozy cottage, very happy with our stay.

My family (5 adults, 1 child, 1 infant) came to town for a wedding and were So Lucky to have stayed in this Beautiful home for 5 days last month. The house is spotless, modern, well maintained, and so spacious with plenty of very comfortable, well appointed rooms (4 upstairs, 2 basement) and bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 basement, 1/2 main floor). The cozy living room is equipped with ample seating and board games. The dining room is large with a great table easily accommodating 10 people. The kitchen is huge and we found all we needed there. There is also a laundry room and mud room leading to the Fabulous hot tub in its own "house" on the outside deck. This Beautiful house is situated on a Gorgeous piece of property with Incredible views all around. The co-host, Brendan, was easy to communicate with and gave us clear instructions. This was the Perfect place for our day-trip into Toronto, "hiking day" in the Island Lake Conservation area, and relax-at-home day, before the wedding.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, peaceful and can’t wait to book again!

This place is such a gem in a small town, Mount Forest. I felt professional care with the place and it was very cozy. I did just what I imagined to do, enjoy and relax. I just loved every detail of the house! Definitely coming back for longer stay.

Jamie’s place is charming and very well kept! Absolutely loved the fact that there’s a farmers field directly behind his house so that gave some additional privacy that isn’t there when an Airbnb home has a small subd backyard and then backs onto another home(s). Jamie was easy to deal with and was always responsive.
