This is a bright, clean and cozy space to land for folks who love the suburbs (not in the city city but we are close drive to the city center) but want to be surrounded by nature. The ADU is above the garage with a private entrance, about 4 miles to downtown restaurants, parks, the waterfront, etc. House is on 1.5 acres. We have chickens and a veggie & herb garden.

Great if you get to work from home. You have your own Wi-Fi land-line telephone. Once your work day is over you can enjoy what the Columbia Gorge has to offer. EV charging is available.
