We were very happy with our stay - it was quiet and peaceful, the house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean with a lovely garden, close to the sea and to Sheringham centre. We especially enjoyed the coastal path walk and our many stopovers at Whelks Coppers tea rooms. The beach front is lovely on a sunny day (we did get quite a bit of rain but that is the British summer!) I also recommend the nooks and crannies of Peter' s (secondhand) Bookshop, and the fish and chips at Seafare.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Greenacre lodge. Ness was a wonderful host, very generous and thoughtful and on hand whenever we needed anything. We had a smashing time and will definitely return!

Rebecca was very responsive from booking to check out. Very friendly and approachable. The accommodation exceeded all expectations. Beautiful cottage, had everything we needed and more. The food was a lovely surprise! Thank you. The toiletries were amazing too (they smell divine!). Very comfortable to relax and sleep. Really hope to come again and stay longer next time! So much more to explore!

We had a lovely few days at Nelson Heights. The house was perfect for our trip. It was comfortable, well equipped and we loved being able to sit out in the garden and enjoy the evening sunshine. It was an easy walk to the seafront and local shops. A fantastic base to explore the North Norfolk coast.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Little Tern and we loved it just as much as the first time. Little Tern is a lovely property and perfect for us as just a ten minute walk to the beach. It is a homely property and has everything you need. It’s lovely and clean and plenty of space. Great bathrooms and great bedrooms. We can’t wait to come back again and stay.

This was a lovely and comfortable home for the 3 of us. Best part was the incredible outdoor garden and terrace. We enjoyed the games and books provided too. It was quiet and peaceful. Hannah was very friendly and responsive. Overall a great stay. One word of caution - the road passes very close by the front door, so it’s best to be very careful when exiting (especially for those who normally look left for traffic).

Had a lovely stay at ‘Little Flints’ the description was accurate, and the place was very well equipped with everything we could need. Great location for exploring the Norfolk coast, and we were blessed with warm sunshine everyday! Hilary and Alan were friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat and lovely local walks. Also providing delicious cake, fresh flowers on the table and some basic supplies, which were much appreciated. Don’t hesitate to stay here! We hope to return…

We had a fabulous 4 days in Pepperpot Cottage. The owners have thought of every comfort and everything was immaculately clean. We cannot wait to come back.

Wow what a lovely place to stay! It’s immaculate and has so much included what with the Hamper on arrival, kids toys and books and games, DVDS, spotlessly clean and the quality of the linen impressive! I would go as far as saying it’s the cleanest place we have stayed and in terms of location it’s perfect! All in walking distance! Comfy beds and sofas! I can not fault this place one bit! If you book you will not be disappointed! It’s on a lovely site with pool £4 per child and £5 per adult well worth it so clean and tidy! Lovely bar on site too all dog friendly! Get booking you will not be disappointed!

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.

We booked a few nights away, very well kept and clean chalet. Hosts were very attentive to any messages or questions we had. Made our weekend very enjoyable and we will be booking again

We went for a family weekend to connect and just had the most amazing time. Toastie warm comfy beds. Don’t forget to book the pool and top tip… remember to take a towel for the pool!

Having Autistic children makes holidays very difficult for us, but this was the best holiday we’ve had! The pool was by far the best bit, we spent hours in it everyday. It was warm and very clean. The cottage was cozy and had everything you needed. Great location, so much to do within a short drive and lovely beaches. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you Andy and Fi xx

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

We have had a lovely week at David’s cottage. It has everything you could need and more. We loved the kitchen and the garden. The locations great we have really enjoyed the week thanks for having us ⭐️

Everything was just perfect, the place was spotlessly clean, the area is very peaceful and quiet. Easy access to various attractions, Michele is a great host, very responsive and friendly, we were left to enjoy a relaxing holiday and always felt that Michele was available if we needed anything.

We had a lovely little break at the cottage. A perfect location for visiting the local areas, trips to the beach. The cottage was cosy with added touches to welcome my family and two young children. Ruth was very welcoming and great at keeping in touch, offering info on the local areas, attractions and different places to eat out. We would certainly return and would highly recommend to others. As my first Airbnb experience, this was absolutely perfect. Everything was exactly as described and beyond - the little chalet was comfortable and well appointed and there were even little travel bottles of toiletries covering anything I might have forgotten. The bed was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the place. The little Park it sits in is quiet and peaceful with very little movement from people during the day. In just 10 minutes, you can walk down to the beautiful Sandy beaches and have a drink and a bite to eat in one of the local pubs. It’s a short 15 minute drive to reach Cromer, but if you didn’t want to go that far, there is a small Tesco just a five minute walk away and the chalet has absolutely everything you would need to have a peaceful little break whilst never leaving the park. I’m really looking forward to being able to visit again.

As far as we are concerned Caralyn's Airbnb is faultless. It was both everything described and everything we wanted. The dog love it too!

Very much enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. The chalet was perfect, very clean and modern. We visited Great Yarmouth, Hemsby (seals were on the beach), Cromer as well as Mundesley itself, which has a beautiful beach. Elaine was very responsive to my queries and we will definitely be returning. Also the weather was beautiful which is an added bonus!

We loved our stay. We spent 4 nights with our dog. Firstly it was lovely and clean with everything you need, we felt at home straight away. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the lovely beach and you can sit outside and see the sea - something not many places can actually say. It’s on a holiday park which is very peaceful and quiet. We can recommend walking down the beach to the Poachers Pocket pub - it’s about 10/15mins and even serves breakfast or a morning coffee. The overall location is also so easy to get around for days out in the Broads. We loved it And highly recommend.

Bramble Cottage was just perfect for our family stay for my wedding My daughters and their families stayed here and I got ready for my wedding here The kitchen is lovely and spacious The ground floor toilet was huge The lounge spacious and relaxing with lots of games on offer The bedrooms were all comfortable and the family bathroom was a real delight Everything was spotless and the towels were super soft and large We didn’t use the garden but it looked nice We all said we could easily live in the house The welcome pack was much appreciated Communication was speedy right from the first enquiry Hopefully our families can make use of bramble cottage again one day in the future Thank you Tomas
