Great quirky property, perfect for me & my dogs. Fab base to walk from, loads of walks to choose from, difficult thing was choosing which. Would definitely return again.. just need to work out when!!! Thanks for letting us stay 😄

Betsy provided a truly wonderful stay in the Lake District, sharing her beautiful property surrounded by some of the most unforgettable scenery we’ve experienced. While it was a bit tricky for us to find at first, Betsy’s excellent directions made all the difference. Everything about our stay was perfect—peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a restful stop on our road trip. We especially appreciated the screened window, which let us enjoy the fresh air without any mosquitoes. Thank you, Betsy, for such a peaceful and memorable experience!

A wonderfully peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings. A very comfortable cozy cottage with everything you could possibly need. Dorothy and Greg extremely friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to see Dorothy at work in her studio. Daily visits to the private courtyard from pheasants and red squirrels.
